“Opening weekend no longer is the only barometer by which you can determine whether or not a film can turn a profit,” Dergarabedian said. “If it finds life in the foreign marketplace, on home video, all those revenue streams are really important. It just has to do well in the long term, then have life after its theatrical distribution.”

Who does she think she is? It sounds like she was hoping to play a bigger role in the movie. She was relieved she wasn’t reduced to a servant girl?? WTF!!! She’s so transparently jealous of Mariane. It is not a laughing matter anymore. You are here constantly and not just as reply. You keep changing names to hide that fact because you don’t want to be known as a stalker. AMH should have been a flop, a bomb. Yet it still met its expectations. It will still earn money, you know. A lot of us haven’t seen it yet but are planning to. Word of mouth will carry it along too. It might not hit the high numbers of a box office hit but it will meet its quota and maybe a small profit. Better luck next time.
