LOS ANGELES (AP) - Paris Hilton gets out of jail on Tuesday and she won’t be on the cover of US Weekly on Friday? How, short of the Apocalypse, is this possible?

“When it came down to it, the staff and I felt what I believe a lot of people in America are feeling. Which is just enormous Paris fatigue,” US Weekly Editor Janice Min told The Associated Press on Tuesday.

As a result, Hilton not only won’t be on the cover, there won’t even be a mention of her in the magazine.

“I don’t think,” Min joked, “we even mention the city of Paris.”

That was no easy task, she said, adding US Weekly editors had to comb carefully through every beauty story and every fashion item to make sure there wasn’t an offhand mention of the hotel heiress somewhere.

The Associated Press put in place a similar Hilton moratorium for a week earlier this year, just to see what would happen.

As it turned out, the celebutante didn’t do much that was of interest to anyone that week. Certainly she didn’t get out of jail and get chased across town by a pack of Hilton-hungry photographers.

Still, Min expects her magazine will do just fine without her. Hilton, she said, has become such a mainstream media staple “that in many ways her time with US Weekly has moved on.”

So look instead for an US Weekly cover photo Friday of Tom Cruise’s baby and, inside the magazine, a dozen pages of other Hollywood babies.

Which raises the question, what would US Weekly do if Paris Hilton had a baby?

“That will elevate her, probably, back onto the cover,” Min said with a laugh.

You know, I notice that not even one tabloid gave Paris a cover story in the last few weeks. The funny thing is the hard news cover Paris way more than the rags.

I never get tired of seeing them. I know this looks boring to some, but I couldn’t be prouder to see them doing something soooo normal when some people think their weird and evil, still judging Angelina on her past. Yet here they are each and everyday taking there kids to school and picking them up.

X17 also runs the celebrity photo blog x17online.com, which places it in direct competition with perezhilton.com, the suit claims.

Last year, the Los Angeles-based company filed a suit against Hilton, whose real name is Mario Lavandeira, for $7.6 million alleging he used 51 photographs without their permission.

Why do you think she always looks so sad and lonely whenever we see her rare, public appearances? She has very little love in her life and it is so obvious.
We know, from her own utterances and behavior, that she doesnt love herself or her mother. And because she is such an obvious tool for others who are full of hate, they use her as their prop for their own self-hate, which they project on to the Jolie-Pitts and even the BAMPZS fans!

I think she’s done in July then she and Brad said they are going away until Brad has to shoot Burn After Reading. BAF is only a supporting role so it will be quick…then they go back to LA for The Changeling in October which because it’s Eastwood will probably shoot max 45 days….then he has State of Play at the very end of Nov/Jan..then they take a year off.

Yeah – it’s funny that NO ONE cares about AMH tanked thing. Yeah – whatever – it’s could have make more money – but what can you do – Americans just can’t go and watch serious movies in the summer. Only popcorn movies. But the things is – NO ONE EXCEPT PATHETIC FANISTONS CARES ABOUT IT.

Yeah, I was reading MAMS reviews, cuz…I am bored, I miss school, anyway this was sooooo funny I had to share. There is something really funny in there and I hope you spot what I found funny, maybe I have sick sense of humor.

The action doesn’t come for much of the first act, but the amazing thing is that “Mr. and Mrs. Smith” really doesn’t need the action all that much. The movie is funny from beginning to end; generally not laugh-out-loud funny, but consistently humorous (and I’d rather have that than a movie with a few big laughs and not much else). The jokes do contain a fair amount of one-liners, but Pitt and Jolie are good enough that they are actually able to pull them off. On that note, their chemistry really does sizzle on screen - isn’t it nice that the decline of Jennifer Aniston’s marriage has been captured on film? If there are shortcomings in the screenplay, the chemistry between the two leads covers it up very nicely.

I think Brad is a good Dad,but Angie is more playful with them and lets makes them happier especially the boys. There is some proof that Brad is closer to the girls abd she the boys she publicly admitted that. But she seems more closer to all, of course she would be to Mad he was he first and was with longer. Zee is spoiled by Brad and Mad by Angie. Shi is probably babied by both moreso Brad because that is their natural born. Pax is new but he is closer to Angie you can tell.
It’s a shame how everyone criticizes her for not being a good mom , but when you see them out in public the kids seem more at ease with her. Thanks for posting that information, since the movie was filmed in Canada and is going to be released in September I thought there was a chance for it to be there. Brad and Angelina have maybe had enough red carpet for awhile, between Oceans 13 and A Mighty Heart. I was one of the fans here a long time ago who thought they would never make a red carpet appearance together (LOL how funny is that, shows what I know!) Needless to say I am now spoiled from all their wonderful premieres.

I’m not tired of the pics/videos. And they’re not necessarily the same either. For example, Z handed over the pointing at the paps duties over to Pax. And Lil’ Bullet is giving them what for! ;)

And I like that Brad and Angelina have different styles when it comes to walking their kids to and from school. Angelina carries their backpacks while Brad usually allow the kids to. Brad usually talk to the kids while they are walking, sometimes stopping when Pax spots something. The kids usually skip around and play when Angelina’s around. Actually, their style isn’t that different; they usually carry Z and hold Pax’s hand or hold them both; after school recesses, they sometimes let the kids run free, depending on if there’s not too many people around. They’re both amused by the kids and pretty affectionate and attentive toward them.

Completely Off-topic: Jammy is bigger than his parents. I measured him last night and he’s almost 19 inches long! His mother was only one foot and his dad is the size of the Taco Bell Chihuahua but he’s healthy and happy.

Let’s not become more childish about why Pax seems more at ease & “playful” with Mickey than with his dad - None of you “see” what happens in their private lives once they get away from the paps… Pictures can be interpreted in many ways: someone is “smiling” at their loved one is proof of a deep devotion [a non-judging person]; while a “negative” person sees only the fact that it’s not BOTH of them smiling at each other, and that’s “proof” of them NOT loving each other, but playing games instead.

Does that make sense to any of you?

I’ve seen the same pictures all of you have seen, and it reminds me of my own nephew’s reactions re: his DAD vs: his uncles & brothers. His dad was EVERYTHING to him growing up, and his uncles & brothers were “recess”.

Between the ages of 3-8 he used words like: “play with me” & “I’m gonna use you like a tree and climb you” - While his dad got: “what’s this” & “what’s that”, etc. Hell, at 4 years old Sam was trying in his limited way to tell his dad why the moon had all those holes and was “naked” [no grass, trees, water, etc.] compared to Earth. All his dad did was gape at him, shake his head, and say: “I’m NEVER gonna read the National Geographic around him without an encyclopedia at hand.”

Dads to sons are the ones they want to make proud, follow in BIG footsteps - to eventually show THEIR sons where they will belong in this world of kindness & cruelty; ignorance & knowledge; tolerance & condemnation.

Be well assured: Pax, like his brother & sisters love their dad [& mom] to pieces but the paps can’t or won’t show us this with THEIR pictures… THEY don’t have 24/7/365 access to this family.

Thanks JJ and no matter what some people complain about I love to see photos of Brad, Angie and the kids and even their bodyguards.
Angie is very open and straightforward when she is interviewed. She does not hide her wild past which is what it was “the past.” People who are negative keeps on bringing this back. Brad is not obviously living in the past. He is happy with the present and the future with her. As for the hat, it is popular casual wear in Europe. Colin Farrell wears one all the time too. And he is also in Europe. It is also for privacy reason like wearing sunglasses all the time. Paps will not easily spot him if he is a little bit covered. We always forget that Brad and Angie are not like us that we can go out to the grocery store and just go, nobody will follow us. Get real. People outsells US LIES WEAKLY by more copies than US’ total sales. Even if half the people are pissed that Paris is on the cover and don’t buy the mag…they’re still going to outsell US by a few hundred thousand copies.

And frankly, I’d rather have a People cover with Paris outsell any US cover ever. And that includes a cover with Angie on it. Why? Because then Janice Min will be on the unemployment line next to her buddy and mentor Bonnie Fuller. Anything that takes those two beeyotched down a peg or 4 or 5 can’t be all that bad.

I have posted on other fansites. I am first and foremost a fan of Angelina’s and I have not wobbled on my comments.I am just totally frustrated on the hate people bring to the board about her. Yes some people bash Brad but it’s her mostly. I will say again I only became his fan because of her. I’m not calling her a liar. Yes wobbler30, as an Angie fan I do share your feelings about this relationship. It’s quite obvious that they are good for each other but she is getting most of the bashing. Angie being such a kind, honest and genuine person one cannot help but feel the frustration of the unfairful way she is being treated. I see that some of the posters are bashing you but I just want to let you know that you are not alone. The protrayal of Brad from his old interviews does not add upp to the gushing of Angie over Brad. I really hope he has changed and that he really appreciate the rare diamond of a woman he has in Angie and that she is worth appreciation both in actions and in words. JMO.
