I went to see AMH last night. It is a great movie and AJ deserves not only a nomination, but the OSCAR in my opinion because with her GREAT PERFORMANCE she succeeds in making the audience forget it is her and only see Mrs. Pearl. She is Mrs. Pearl during the entire movie which says a lot about AJ’s talent and her hardwork in makiing sure that the story of her great friend, Mrs. Pearl, is told in the best way possible.

ANY ONE WHO WANTS TO BET WITH ME CAN: MY BET IS SHE WILL GET A BUNCH OF NOMINATIONS NEXT YEAR from the Golden Globle via the Independent Spirit Awards all the way to the OSCARS.

I ADVISE ALL FANS & NON-FANS to go see it to have a sense of what the countless good reviews are talking about.

It would help if people would stop using names like maniston, ugly aniston, hag and all the other names, And the evil names for AJ too from the Aniston fans. When you come on here and the names are there from the start, you are going to get some bashing. AJ and BP and JA would not want that if people are true fans of all of them. Anyway that is just my opinion, I think it would help a little to change up some names to honor AJ,BP and JA (pray that it does). I really like all of them and hate to see that. Peace Out

What a BS post. The reality is that Brad & Angelina are quite the family and will be living in the US the majority of the time with travels due to her UNHCR work The film AMH is a critical success and if anyone really paid attention, the film was based on the book by Mariane Pearl. Was A Mighty Heart about Daniel Pearl or was it about mariane’s ordeal duirng the kidnapping. The reporter or whatever it is drags Angelina into it as if she wrote the book. All she did was act in an independent film. Her job is done..well done I might add. If anyone has a beef it is with mariane which is dumb bcasue the book has been out for years and no one complaned back then. If you read the reviews on Amazon before the film came out (this is very important) the book got raves and no one conplained about the lack of Daniel Pearl information. You can tell that this is a fake review or whatever it is since A Mighty Heart reviews are long over and the film has been been out for 2 weeks now. There really should be no discussion about this film or Angelina.

Really? I thnk they are very different. Opposites in fact. The thing they have in common is their charity work which many people do. Other than that…night & day. I can see Angelinam more like Audrey Hepburn though. Audrey is an ICON.

Ms. Jolie was truly incredible in this. It doesn’t look like she will be remembered come Oscar season because the film came out so early, but she really should. Everything about her performance was dead on perfect… her accent, her natural ability, her realistic take (you didn’t catch her “acting” once)… and of course her incredibly heartbreaking scene toward the end. I always thought that she was an amazing actress, but this performance really takes the cake. My friend and I were completely blown away. I’m putting it up there with one of my all time favorite performances.

Actually, the entire cast was incredible. They really picked the right people to portray the characters. Everyone was just great.

So, if you are into the art of acting at all I would really recommend this. Personally, I thought that the entire movie was amazing, but if you don’t care about the story or don’t think this type of movie should have been made (it is hard to sit through just because it makes you nervous the entire time..which was the point), I would still recommend that you see this simply for the acting.

Wow, nice review. I agree with the obervation that in order to appreciate the “ART OF ACTING”, one has to watch it.
