I doubt Cameron knew that Cris was married. Angelina intentionally went after Brad even though she knew he was married. Angelina’s an operator.

Who are you kidding? Cameron Diaz has slept with as many men as Angelina…and since she’s been hanging with Drew for a good 6 years she’s probably done a few women, too!

The reason why Angelina is called a homewreker is because she embodies the overtly self assured beautiful sexy intelligent woman while Aniston is the opposite, the girl next door type, avarage looking, no too brilliant. She represents the timid, not so brainy, less popular girl at school who finally was lucky enough to mold herself into the innocent image of the America Sweatheart and lended herself the handsome boy, the one any girl dreams of.

People always tend to live by proxy or project themselves. JA story resemble a fairy tale, the plain Jane who lended the prince. Hence their couple were eye candy and mainly about apppearances and faking. They were called the golden couple because of their physical presnece not even because of their complicity, expressive live or talents like the Tracy and Hepburns and many more.

That’s the differenec between golden couple which cater superficail values and the power couple which emphasize on intrinsinc talent, working values, ect.

JA has been involved with much more men than Angie. She was sleeping with producers, having one night stands and did advocate to be ready to open legs to get more roles. Her virginal image is due to her poor physique and the way she manages to mold herself into that innocent image always related to the one with less physical assets. That’s what less popular, less beautiful people tend to do to get a passport in celebrity because they don’t have that natural advantage that charismatic hot people have.

Also, we tend to be more tolerant towards people who resemble everyday people and downplay or dismiss their negative sides while emphasizing those who have it all (beauty and brains…they must pay for that luck).

Angie on the other hand, is overtly sexual, self assured but yet was more commited to a few men to exercise that raw side of her because she use to be married for long periods and then experienced motherhood in her twenties. She hasn’t had the typical singlhood most girls have in their twenties, multiplying affairs before slowing down. She certainly had less lovers than JA who is used to one night stands and the kind of single life with less commitment. Hell, even in the dressing department, Angie who is younger was more conservative like wifeys are than JA who has all the moves and the attitudes of a mature single woman who have been single for most of her life and yet is very active sexually.

You can bet that if the other woman was a plain Jane or a nobody, there would not been any triangle even with the same circonstances, even if it was proved in that case that they were having an affair during the marriage…like it was the case a few years ago with Kevin Costner and his then wife Cindy, when he had an affair and had a child with another woman during his marriage. Hell JLO went with Mark Anthony while he was still married with wife but I guess since his wife was a nobody though and ex peagant miss, people didn’t care.

Jennifer Garner is another one who benefits from the same tolerance, having an affair with Michael Vartan while married and divorcing because of him. Quincy Jones was having an affair with Nastasja Kinsky while she was sill married and living with her middle eastern husband. She had a child with Quincy while still married, get with him for a time, still being married and then return with her husband with her adulterian child…And they are plenty of them…in and outside Hollywood, including JA who was unfaithfull to her ex fiance.

The fact is, it is easier to blame the collapse of ones marriage on another person so that we don’t have to look at our own mistakes, our own ommissions…it is even more easier when the other woman is beautiful or younger and we fail to be happy with our own new lover who dump us too,…it gives more legitimate to self pity and hatred and ease the mind a little bit, at first.

The boomerang effect is that it make us less attractive in the eyes of a future potential. Any grown up man or woman knows that number 1 rule : NO EMOTIONAL LUGGAGE and NO LIVING IN THE FOOTSEP OF AN EX. Noone like to get romantically involved with someone who is still full of hatred and bitterness towards his/her ex or accomplish acts in retaliation to the one of the ex. Because that will means that feelings are still there and vivid, and noone wants to get seriously involved with someone who is still into his/her ex wether he is still alive or already dead.

It is not the people who fuel the fire and make affairs a big deal - it is the tabloids. People having affairs is very common and as old as recorded history. As for Jen and Brad, what happen after March does not matter to their marriage for it was over between them. They have moved on!!! Now it is you turn to move on!!!!!

Once a legal separation is in effect, both sides are free to see whomever they want, and neither can use adultery as grounds for a subsequent divorce if they saw other people after the legal separation took place.

You “know” without a shadow of a doubt that Angelina went after Brad, but in the same breath, you say Cameron Diaz did not know Criss Angel was married. Can you please post the evidence you have other than the flawed logic of your own mind?

Well to me when someone is estranged from their spouse, usually that means the one that left chose to leave the marital house and probably when she or he left they may have hoped for a reconcilliation. However, if it has been two years since their seperation then they both need to be whipped for not filing for legal seperation. Sounds like the wife is either money hungry now because of Criss’s fame & fortune, which I am sure it is way more now than it was 2 years ago and plus she has an alleged affair (if you can call it an affair since she has been estranged for 2 years from him), or she is just bitter and jealous because he must of upgraded from her to Cameron. Who knows???

Brad never felt at home in JA’s house .

Angelina could have waited 6 years after Brad was divorced and joined a convent and she would still be labeled a homewrecking. . . The issue is, we all want to make things one way or the other. We can’t accept the fact that no matter how susposedly golden the beautiful people were, their marriage did not last. If Brad had ended up with someone else, that person would just be a wonderful beautiful person who Brad Pitt fell in love with. If Angie and Brad don’t last, everyone will be saying I told you so, but no one said that with Brad and Jen-These are just everyday people who happen to have more money than most and some have talent, whereas, others have “spin doctors”-Their status in Hollywood, their money, their houses and cars do not equate to happiness. IF so, we wouldn’t have the messes that are Britney and Lindsay-We get the opportunity to argue with our spouses, file for divorce, cry, look crazy going to the store. . ., celebs don’t get that-But it’s the price they were willing to pay to be what they are-
Angelina is an anomaly-she really isn’t a Hollywood type-her rep is bigger than she is, if you know what I mean. Oh yeah-Shoes4life-I agree with you and would like to add-Women (moreso than men) like to play games-I can’t say what Jen’s motive was when she filed. Perhaps she thought his family would talk him out of going through with it or perhaps she thought she could bluff him into waiting a little longer-I know women who do BS like that and they crumble when the man calls their bluff-I believe in putting everything on the table-It is what it is-what’s the worse that could happen???
