public nudity on beaches (or *private* yachts) is NOT *always* SEXUALIZED — as poor prudish Graci would prefer to brand it (pun intended).

American society is really going backwards? I mean was anyone brought up in the seventies or was I the only one? Just because most people here are uptight nowadays doesn’t mean the rest of the world has to be. She can take her top off and be free if she freakin feels like doing it. And I’m sure she is deeply sorry for the accident. Is she suppose to not enjoy her life anymore. I’m sure she will have this deep regret for the rest of her life as anyone who accidentally kills anyone undless they are insane or evil. It wasn’t homicide. It was an accident.

I go topless all the time in Europe. It is quite liberating. Its sucks when you come back to the States and you have to deal with overcrowded beaches and prude people. In regards to the car accident, she was cleared and it was an accident.

I’m european myself but this not the problem here,if I were a celebrity,I wouldn’t want the rest of the world (she definitly know that the paps are…she’s looking at them) to see my boobies specially if I were married…..I mean seriously ??!!!

I could care less that 80 people see my breast on a beach because there’s 99% of chance that I’ll never see them again so who cares ?? But come on now,Rebecca is a 35 years old Z list actress with a very hot and famous husband….she wants her moment of fame that’s all.I just find silly that she feels the need to act that way to get the attention.As for Eric resposability in this I have the feeling that his wife is very manipulative……I could care less though cause at least the guy has a job.

No biggie really, Europe is much more “open” with topless sunbathing. In the UK they show nudity on televsion after 8:30pm. After all it is just a body, we all have one. Their bigger concerns are not glamorizing guns and violence. Have to say, they really do have the right idea…

ROTFLMAO James! I mean really people, if the parents of the kids are NOT complaining about it, what’s the big whoops? Someone earlier mentioned who the mom was (an Italian presenter?) and she didn’t have any probs with it, so chill methinks. And the others on the private yacht didn’t have any probs either, they’re probably used to it. In one of the other pics I noticed another female topless as well, except she was lying down, which means she would’ve at some point been standing up with her boobs for all to see as well. And for those who feel bothered, STOP LOOKING AT THE PICS then! Like, hello, you DON’T have to look at them. And I don’t think husband and wife are attention ********* s, to me it just looks like they’re having fun, posing dorky like people do for their holiday pics. So what if they’re topless? And maybe they just don’t care that paps are around, ya know? There ARE people who don’t care about things like that…

Hey jane pub_ic (whoops, lookit, there’s a letter gone missing!) that “it takes a village to raise my kids, so don’t show them your nekkid a_ss” cr_ap is SO old.
Here’s a thought by way of protecting them: blindfold the little fkers, they might just find it entertaining - and it might even shut them up for a minute. They would then cease to inflict themselves on the eardrums of the public-at-large… all the world is now happy! (oh, look, even the missing “L” turned up!).
