Maybe not so on topic, but I’ve always wondered if there’s any truth to the “lovemaking sounds” reports (from US magazine) when those first pics of Brad and Angeline emerged (I believe from Kenya). Do any of you guys know? I hadn’t discovered JJ yet so I have always been curious as to what was being discussed on these boards back then when that story came out.

THE TABLOID REPORT: A Tale of Two Badly Written Tabloids

Okay folks…for all of you who aren’t convinced that the tabs are stealing their story ideas from Jared’s…look no further than this week’s L&S and OuttaTouch. I think some of y’all should be suing Bauer Publishing for plagiarism…

- Lifeless & Styleless: Story - “Angie vs. Brad’s Mom: It’s War!”

As you can tell from the title L&S is throwing subtlety right out the window and going for the Faniston’s wallets. At a measly 750,000 copies sold each week, clearly this is a rag living on borrowed time. Hence all the staff exits over the last few weeks. How much longer is Bauer Publishing going to sink money into this rag? Especially with stories like this one…

- According to L&S’s source, the infamous “Pitt family insider,” it was shaping up to be a great Father’s Day for Brad because Angie had organized a big party at their Los Feliz house and invited his parental units. However…just an hour into the party Jane walked out, got into one of Brad’s SUV’s with one of his security guards and headed to Malibu to see spend some “quality time” with X. (Sidebar: That’s right…you’re supposed to suspend disbelief and think that Jane would not only leave a party in her son’s honor, but that she’s brassy enough to commandeer an SUV AND a bodyguard, presumably without Brad’s permission because they never once mention that he’d given it. If I worked for Brad Pitt…I think I would be getting my orders directly from the man who signed my paychecks…and NOT his mama.)

- The “Pitt family insider” says, “Angelina couldn’t believe Brad’s mom left their party and went to see Jen. She was really angry. She saw it as a total slap in the face. When Jane returned to the party, Angie froze her out - and after the party, Angie and Brad had a huge fight about Jen and how she’s still in Brad’s life. It drives Angie nuts.” (Sidebar: Let me see…Jane left Brad’s party, commandeered a 2 ton vehicle and a 250 pound security guard…she probably grabbed him by the ear and said, “Come with me young man! Take my to my REAL daughter-in-law…NOW!”…and after a TWO HOUR visit comes back to Los Feliz…and the party’s STILL going on? Pfffft! B#tch, please. This is like How To Write Bad Fiction For Beginners.)

- Oh, bye the bye…L&S wants you to know that Brad’s rep denies this story…and we’re ALL shocked, I’m sure.

- According to L&S as if Jane leaving her son’s party to spend some one-on-one time with X wasn’t bad enough news for Angie, Brad’s bro Doug “added insult to injury” with the published comment, “Jennifer is a friend of Brad’s. Why wouldn’t she be a friend of ours?” (Sidebar: Yeah, Doug…X is still a friend of Brad’s the same way Juliette Lewis is. I think she said they LAST SPOKE TO EACH OTHER IN 1993. As dumb as X is I figure it’ll be about 14 years before the ho realizes that Brad’s NEVER going to speak to her again…as the Boss says, “Nobody knows where love goes…but when it’s gone…IT’S GONE.”)

- L&S is not above doing a little boasting - they remind their faithful readers that they have been saying ad infinitum that Brad and X “stay in touch” and Doug’s admission verifies this. Plus, Doug told a pal, “Brad and Jen are still close.” Furthermore L&S says Angie was “stung” by Doug publicly acknowledging that they’re still close to X. (Sidebar: If I were L&S I wouldn’t brag too much…cuz they’ve also been saying, for almost as long that Angie hates Shiloh, Angie is preggers for the second time, Angie and Brad are getting married, Angie is adopting octuplets from Xenu and Brad has not adopted Maddox and Z yet. All of which we know to be big fat lies.)

- According to L&S’s fictional “Pitt family insider” Angie called Doug and told him she was upset when she found out he’d publicly acknowledged that the Pitt family does indeed still worship at X’s frequently pedicured size 12s, “Angelina told Doug she was upset and she’d appreciate it if he’d keep his mouth shut in the future.” (Sidebar: To which Doug responded, “Hey Ange…why are you yelling at me? Go yell at Brad because you know darned good and well I’m not allowed to say anything he doesn’t approve first! I told him we should just tell People that Mom went over there to tell Jen to stop calling us all the damned time and if she didn’t then we were going to get a restraining order against her - you know, like the one everybody’s sayin’ Britney got against her own mama! Can you believe that sh$t? But Brad said that was too harsh and if we did that then Fanistons everywhere would slit their wrists…and really…Mom and Dad didn’t want to be responsible for the deaths of 2 people…so…he said to say Jen was still a friend of his…but hey, don’t worry about that because you know Brad hasn’t spoken to her since January 6, 2005 and that was only because she had thrown herself at his feet and wrapped her arms around his leg as he was trying to carry his luggage to the front door…and you know that heifer wouldn’t let go of his leg for nothing…but he didn’t want to trample her and give her a reason to file assault charges against him! Honestly…I had to fly in from Missouri and pry that woman off his leg. I’m tellin’ ya, Ange…it was ugly…”)

- Regardless of my account of the phone conversation between Doug and Angie, L&S contends that Angie went even further than yelling at Doug. They say she was mad (as in upset) plus she was still hurting from the recent death of her mother and she called Jane directly. Their supposed “Pitt family insider” says, “Angie is the mother of Jane’s grandchild and feels she deserves more respect. She told her, ‘If you continue to disrespect me and carry on like this, then you won’t see Shiloh.’ Jane was shocked. She couldn’t believe that Angie was using Shiloh as a bargaining chip.” (Sidebar: If you think Jane was shocked that Angie used Shiloh as a bargaining chip…just imagine how shocked Angie’s going to be when she finds out that she did! Plus, if I were Jane Pitt I’d be upset that L&S is insinuating that she only loves Shiloh and doesn’t care about Mad, Z & Pax. After all…they don’t say Angie threatened to withhold them from Jane, too.)

- According to L&S, regardless of Angie’s anger she’s not going to “play second fiddle to Jen.” The Pitt family pal says Angie recently told a Pitt family member - L&S doesn’t know anyone’s names beyond the immediate players, hence, no mention of exactly how this person is related to Brad - “I’m with Brad - we have a family together - and yet I’m still the ‘outsider’. I can’t take much more of this!” (Sidebar: Ange…girl…I know just how you feel! I can’t take much more of this story myself!)

- L&S goes on to say that X and Jane’s friendship is a “sore spot” for Angie. (Sidebar: Nah…you’re kidding, right? I couldn’t tell that based on this article…) The same talkative Pitt family pal says, “Angie says she’s tried to get Jane to accept her, but it doesn’t matter what she does - in Jane’s eyes Angie will never be as good as Jen.” (Sidebar: BBBWWWWHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! That’s a good one. The woman the media has taken to calling the Mother Teresa of Hollywood isn’t as “good” as the self-proclaimed “Charity’s not my thing”/Mani-Pedi Queen Of Hollywood. The woman who gave Jane’s son 4 kids in 2 years isn’t as “good” as the woman who couldn’t give Brad any kids in 7 years. The woman who’s won 3 Golden Globes and an Oscar isn’t as “good” as the sitcom hacktress who won 1 Emmy and failed to thank her husband in her speech. I don’t know about you guys, but I’m starting to think Jane Pitt spent too many years as a school counselor and has a soft spot for under-achievers.)

- Because the Pitt family pal doesn’t know when the hell to shut up he also says, “Jane thinks of Jen as a daughter. They talk all the time - Jen goes to Jane for advice on her career, the house she’s been working on and her own plans to start a family. And Jen says she knows Jane would love to see her and Brad back together.” (Sidebar: That’s right…you heard it hear first, folks…you have Jane Pitt to think for Rumor Has It, Derailed, Friends With Money, The Break Up, Along Came Poly, the God-awful Rock Star, etc. Now, I ask you to stretch your imaginations for a second…you’re 16 and you’re looking for career advice…you know who X is because the Friends re-runs are everywhere and unavoidable…you even know that she USED TO BE married to Brad Pitt…your guidance counselor is Jane Pitt…are you going to take her advice? Me? I’d have to take a pass on it… As for Jane wanting to see Brad and X get back together…okay, L&S…there’s creative writing and then there’s stupid…and that’s just plain stupid. Why would any mother want to see her child go back to an unhappy and unfulfilling relationship…just because SHE likes the ex-wife? If I were Brad I’d tell my mother, “If you like her so much then YOU sleep with her!”)

- Not content to have made a complete hash of this story, L&S goes on to say that a Pal of Brad’s says even though his friendship with X bugs the snot out of Angie, Brad won’t stop being friends with X. He wants to keep his friendship with X and (”and” was in italics, so y’all know there must be important info ahead) BUILD HIS FUTURE WITH ANGELINA. (Sidebar: So basically what we have here is L&S’s version of Brad telling Jane…if you like X so damned much then you sleep with her…only they don’t have the balls to print that. It also casts X in a pretty unfavorable light as going around telling people that Jane wants her and Brad back together…but presumably X knows that Brad doesn’t want to renew their relationship, he wants his Angie. I knew X was pathetic, but L&S has moved her into a whole new realm of patheticness. Next they’ll be saying she’s secretly wearing her wedding ring on a chain around her neck…right above her new sillycone enhancements.)

- According to L&S, since X blames Angie for breaking up her marriage - hey, I’m just reportin’ this stuff, so don’t look at me! - and knows that Angie is furious for staying close to him, t

(Sidebar: Puh-leeze. Y’all know Angie doesn’t give two hoots about X TRYING to be friendly with Brad. She knows she OWNS that man. X could come over to their Los Feliz house and chit chat with Brad. All Angie would have to do to get his attention back on her is come into the room and crook her index finger and Brad would go panting after her and leave X sitting their with her mouth hanging open.)

- Still…the Pitt family friend wonders “if something deeper is at the root of Brad’s unwillingness to sever his ties” with X. The friend says, “Obviously, there are still feelings between Jen and Brad.” (Sidebar: On Brad’s side the feeling is disgust that their mutually agreed upon parting of the ways became a media circus when X realized he was going after Angie. And really…who cares what X’s residual feelings are!)

- L&S says that after the Father’s Day party disaster Angie “whisked the family far away from Jen” - back to Prague to finish her movie, then on to Bilbao, sans kids, for some alone time with Brad. (Sidebar: The implication being that Angie was afraid that being so close to X would tempt Brad to go see her? Once again, I must say - B#tch please! The woman went back to work. “Work”. You know…that thing that X can’t get and the thing for which the folks at L&S will soon be looking.)

- At this point L&S trots out the obligatory “relationship expert”, one Josey Miller of iVillage.com. According to Ms. Miller Brad and Angie taking some time to their selves is a step in the right direction, but Brad needs to do more. “Angie’s feelings have to come first in this situation.” (Sidebar: Yep, that’s right…L&S wrote this whole fictional account to say what many people here at Jared’s said almost 2 weeks ago - Brad needs to tell his mama to stay away from X and stop giving X and excuse to stay attached to Brad. Now why couldn’t they have just said that and not written the rest of the BS? Oh…silly me…cuz if they did then the Fanistons wouldn’t buy this piece of cr@p rag!)

- Photo caption: As usual L&S saves the best sound bites for the captions. Under a picture of Angie they quote an insider as saying, “Angelina can’t understand why Brad’s family and Jen still cling to each other.” (Sidebar: Simple answer - X is clinging, not the Pitts. I guess none of the good folks at L&S have never had a leech latch onto them, huh? X reminds me of trying to burn a tick off my dog when I was 12. The dog got singed, but he happily licked my face once the sucker was gone. Actually…now that I think about it…X kinda reminds me of the smell of burnt doggie hair. Whenever I see a close up of her I say “Eeeewwwwwwwwwwww!” just like I did when I smelled the burning hair.)

- Photo caption: Now it’s Brad’s turn…the caption of his photo quotes an insider as saying, “Angie says she loves Brad and the kids so much, but his family needs to support their relationship, too.” (Sidebar: Hell, a quote that could actually be true! Nahhhhh…just kidding. If you believe the good parts of the story, you’d have to believe the bad parts, too. My Mama only raised on fool and it ain’t me.)

- Photo caption: Jane pushing Z/Shiloh in the stroller in NO. The iVillage.com expert weighs in again and says Jane need to “Focus on Brad, Angelina, and the kids - and not on Jen.” (Sidebar: Apparently Ms. Miller from iVillage likes to park her butt at Jared’s, too. I’ve read the iVillage B/A blog and those women are mostly Fanistons so I know she didn’t come by that opinion from hanging out at iVillage! Oh wait…she’s supposed to be an “expert”…my bad…)

- Sidebar: “After The Fight, they cool off in Europe!” Believe it or not…nothing worth commenting on. Just a bunch of photos from Prague with a couple of quotes from eyewitnesses who saw them at the Prague airport or taking the kids to school. All the quotes are someone saying how happy B/A looked or how happy the kids looked and that they were “A picture of family happiness.” This is, of course, in sharp contrast to the nearly 2 months that L&S ran those ridiculous, “They’ve broken up and are just pretending to be together until after Cannes.” Now that Cannes has come and gone and there’s no sign of any problems, L&S is pretending they didn’t spend the spring LYING about the J-Ps for fun and profit. Mostly for fun…cuz I seriously doubt this rag is turning anything resembling a profit.

The Daily 10 on E! had a segment on Hollywood style today. They gave rave reviews to Brad’s Fedoras. Saying that Brad can wear anything but these fedoras look great on him. You know what this tells me? It tells me that Ted C doesn’t know Jack-sh#t about anything Jolie-Pitt related. If he did he’d have had details on Jane’s visit to X. Instead all he did was ask JV an obvious question and for his troubles got a pat answer because JV now knows that his blabbing all over HW is NOT going to get him back in Angie’s good graces.

Thank you all JP fans for the video and the photos: Meli, Sharon, Isabelle. If you look at his face and analyze every part, you will see that his features are all stunning. From the hair (not balding like Matthew M) cute nose (not as big as Jennifer A’s nose), semi full lips (George C. does not have an upper lip like Brad’s); eyes (incomparable but ties with Angie’s eyes for Number 1 hotness) and according to Lainey, she quivers the way he wears his pants and his gait when he walks. As for Angie, she has the most classic face, signature lips (not like Julia Roberts wide lips), just the right size nose (unlike you know who’s king size) and eyes, almond like snake eyes that Raquel Welch described Angie as someone who has very sultry eyes. Enough of their physical hotness.
As of the “jungle sex” I think part of it is true according to Lainey. Angie was clear out in another part of the world when Brad flew there after the separation. I think they haven’t seen each other for a few weeks, so when he reached the hotel and Maddox was asleep in a different room, they made up for lost time.
As far as the comment about predicting Brad’s upgrade to a younger chick, actually the momentum was not there. When he left Gweneth for Jennifer, he downgraded. JA was never the hottie at any era. She is considered a B-lister. The prettiest Friend’s star is Courtney Cox. Jennifer and Gwen are the same age. I think Gwen is even a year younger.
As for the tabs, yes I saw the headlines and the insider’s fake. When Jane Pitt visited JA on Father’s day, Brad, Angie and family were not even in L.A. That was June 17 Father’s day on a Sunday. After the shopping photos of Angie with Shiloh at the art store, the family flew to Prague that very night. Even, JJ wrote that on his blog. So how can Angie even give a party on Sunday. This is so stupid. They were already in New York the day before Fathers day. Why would you fly to L.A. if your next stop is Prague. They can’t even logically fake the geographic events.

There will be more filming in chicago, acording to the Wikipedia, but i don’t know if Angelina will be part of it.

Secret Document: U.S. Fears Terror ‘Spectacular’ Planned
Official Cites Resemblance to Warnings and Intelligence Before 9/11

A secret U.S. law enforcement report, prepared for the Department of Homeland Security, warns that al Qaeda is planning a terror “spectacular” this summer, according to a senior official with access to the document.

“This is reminiscent of the warnings and intelligence we were getting in the summer of 2001,” the official told ABCNews.com.

U.S. officials have kept the information secret, and Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff said today on ABC News’ “This Week with George Stephanopoulos” that the United States did not have “have any specific credible evidence that there’s an attack focused on the United States at this point.”

As ABCNews.com reported, U.S. law enforcement officials received intelligence reports two weeks ago warning of terror attacks in Glasgow and Prague, the Czech Republic, against “airport infrastructure and aircraft.”

The warnings apparently never reached officials in Scotland, who said this weekend they had received “no advance intelligence” that Glasgow might be a target.

Homeland Security Secretary Chertoff declined to comment specifically on on the report today, but said “everything that we get is shared virtually instantaneously with our counterparts in Britain and vice versa.”

Unlike the United States, officials in Germany have publicly warned that the country could face a major attack this summer, also comparing the situation to the pre-9/11 summer of 2001.

However during press for TGS Angie did mention she and the family spent a week together in Missouri prior to them heading to NY for the press/premiere.

I also recall around the time the movie Happy Feet came out a fan sighting in a article where Brad and Angie took the kids to a Missouri theatre and bought out all the seats with the exception of a couple of tickets already bought by a father and son.

Angie has said in interviews that they have visited the Pitts and that they were lovely and accepted her children. When they were in New Orleans, Angie and the kids spent a week with the Pitts in Missouri. Also, Julie had the kids, Z and Mad with them at the children’s museum in New York during the AMH premier. There is a video of them with Z’s covered when they are going to the car.

No, Briseis…you’re not alone. I don’t get the attraction at all. The man can be downright disgusting looking at times. And at 43 he’s too damned old for that hippy-hobo chic thing he’s got going. All the rings and earrings and the studded belts…it’s so played out. He doesn’t remind me of Keith Richards so much as Tommy Lee - a has-been desperately trying to remain hip and relevant. Not that I think Depp is a has-been…he just REMINDS me of a has-been!

And speaking of his Mrs…yeah…she could stand a few visits to a dentist, too. I feel bad for their kids.
