Maddox is a Paper Airplane Pilot
Brad Pitt picks up his 5-year-old son Maddox from his French school on Monday in Prague, Czech Republic.
Maddox wore his support for The Beatles on his t-shirt (he loves Black Sabbath too).
The little guy also flew out his paper airplane from school — he’s going to fly planes just like his mommy and daddy!
Momgelina has been busy filming action thriller Wanted alongside Morgan Freeman and James McAvoy.

Press Release: The Nielsen Company
Global Consumers Vote Al Gore, Oprah Winfrey and Kofi Annan Most Influential to Champion Global Warming Cause: Nielsen Survey
Bill Clinton and Nelson Mandela also make it into Top Five ranking
2 July OXFORD — Former US vice-president and recent environmental celebrity Al Gore has topped the list of most influential people to champion the cause of global warming in a 47-country Internet survey conducted by The Nielsen Company and Oxford University.
Nearly one in five global consumers (18%) picked Al Gore as the most influential spokesperson to champion the global warming debate, ahead of former United Nations head, Kofi Annan (15%), with Oprah Winfrey and Bill Clinton tying as third choice (14% each). Ranked fifth with eleven percent of global votes was former South African president, Nelsen Mandela. A `dream ticket’ for climate ambassadors would include Al Gore and Kofi Annan, who polled as first or second choices in the most countries, together covering 34 of the 47 countries in Nielsen’s Internet survey.
While Al Gore and Kofi Annan won the overall global vote, there were some notable differences between regions and countries. Moreover, among global respondents under age 25, actress Angelina Jolie (14%) joined Oprah (15%) and Kofi (16%) as the most influential.
“Consumers clearly relate to national identities they admire and are familiar with. Our survey also identified potential spokespeople from actresses to sports stars that would also make effective global warming champions, especially influential among certain age groups,’’ commented Patrick Dodd, President of ACNielsen Europe, The Nielsen Company.
The online Nielsen survey, the largest of its kind to be conducted globally on the topic of consumer attitudes to climate change, was conducted in April 2007 in conjunction with the Environmental Change Institute of Oxford University and polled 26,486 internet users across 47 countries in North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and the Middle East.
The survey also found that the film, An Inconvenient Truth, had had a significant influence on those that have seen it - in their awareness of the issues and their stated changes in habits and behaviors.
“An Inconvenient Truth has pushed Al Gore and the message of concern for climate change up the public agenda. This has been combined with UN scientific reports and the Stern Review as well as increased media coverage over the last months to shift the focus for many people from whether there is a problem to what to do about it,” said Max Boykoff, James Martin Fellow at the University of Oxford.
“Live Earth - the 24-hour, seven-continent concert series taking place on 7th July - represents an opportunity for a broader group of people to hear about the issue of climate change, and this study was a chance to identify who might be an effective messenger. The challenge that remains is to determine which messages move people from concern to positive action,’’ said Timmons Roberts, James Martin Fellow at the University of Oxford.
Not surprisingly, nearly half of South Africans choose Nelson Mandela as their top choice to champion the cause of global warming, while twenty-eight percent of Austrians chose fellow countryman-turned-Governor of California, Arnold Schwarzenegger, who has championed climate change legislation.
In the UK, twenty-three percent of consumers voted British entrepreneur and environmental campaigner Richard Branson as their number one choice, followed by Bob Geldof. Twenty-three percent of South Africans also voted Richard Branson as their top choice, according to the Nielsen Internet Survey.
In Asia Pacific, Kofi Annan was clearly consumers’ leading choice with 21 percent of the votes, followed secondly by Al Gore and Bill Clinton – while in Europe (19%) and North America (29%), Al Gore was the number one choice, according to the Nielsen Internet Survey.
In the Middle East/Africa, actress and roving UNICEF ambassador Angelina Jolie was the number one choice (17%), slightly ahead of Kofi Annan and Oprah Winfrey. In Latin America, rock star Bono won 28% of consumers’ votes followed by Angelina Jolie (22%) and Nelson Mandela (18%).
Twelve percent (one in eight) of global online consumers polled at the end of April this year said they had seen Al Gore’s An Inconvenient Truth. More North Americans (17% - one in six consumers) watched this film than any other global region.
Sixty-six percent of viewers who claimed to have seen An Inconvenient Truth said the film had “changed their mind’’ about global warming and eighty-nine percent said watching the movie made them more aware of the problem. More importantly, three out of four (74%) viewers said they changed some of their habits as a result of seeing the film.
“When consumers are impacted enough to actually change some of their daily habits as a result of watching a film, it’s the surest sign that the message has gotten through,’’ said Dodd.

471 Brad and Mad : 07/03/2007 at 4:35 am
Brad has been in Maddox’s life since he was 2 years old, well over half Maddox’s life(Maddox will be six in August). MMS started filming in fall of 2003 (November), and Angelina always brought Maddox to her film sets when he was smaller. MMS publicity was that Angelina only asked for a nanny for Maddox to watch him in her trailer when she was working. Brad always looks such a proud daddy when he is with Maddox, and Maddox is so happy being with his father. These two are quite firmly bonded.
————————–
The MMS film started from Jan. 2004 not Nov. 2003 - they had a fitting session in end of 2003 but not filming. Also Brad did not have much contact to fall in love with Mad during filming. Mad/Brad relationship started in 2005. I belive Kenya is the starting point. People think that Mad and Brad had bond during MMS filming but I do not think so. In the begining it is purely between Angie & Brad, then it went to Angie/Brad/Mad. I have a feeling that in early 2005, Angie was waiting to see if Mad was ok with Brad before she got involved with Brad because
1) they said (in early 2005) they had individual issues to consider
2) Angie had big idea about Man in her life and the Man’ relationship with her child
3) when Mad called him Dad, Brad said ok now we can be a family.
Jennifer Aniston would have been better in Mr. & Mrs. Smith, because she has perfect comedic timing, she wouldn’t have been as over the top as Angelina, and of course, Jennifer is a lot sexier. The producers made a mistake in choosing Angelina to replace Nicole Kidman. Can you imagine the box office if Mr. & Mrs. Pitt had played Mr. & Mrs. Smith?
Thank you Jared for that thread!!!
Madd hasn’t finished school yet but he doesn’t seem to bother!! Brad the dad is so cool with his son!!

That isn’t Angelina. That was a model a newspaper (I forgot which one) used when it was trumpeting the birth of Shiloh as the most anticipated baby’s birth since Jesus (a little too much hyperbole)!!! They had Brad and Angelina look-alikes for the article, and that was the Angelina look-alike. Besides, Angie wouldn’t breastfeed wearing sunglasses, would she?

That is an animated picture. It’s not real. Some people made them so we can see how Brad and Angie will be with Shiloh. It was before she was born.

Thanks for the article. One thing though, Nielsen got a fact wrong on Angie - she’s w/ UNCHR not UNICEF. And yeah, I guess Leo’s influence is not as extensive as many thought. I’m even surprised Angie’s there when this is about environmental issues.

Yeah, I think it was the NYP mag who did that - had BA lookalikes pose before Shiloh was born.

Sorry but thats not Angie. That pic was out BEFORE Shiloh was born.
Malaya:
Hi, nabuhay ka! Yes, it’s same old, same old here — nothing has changed except the names of the trolls. I guess the triangle will be with us until Shiloh and the youngest Jolie-Pitts graduate from college, and probably even beyond!
Brad never wanted his ex in his movie.
How about Vince Vaughn and Jennifer Aniston In Mr & MRs Smith ?
The most ????? Mr& Mrs Smith ever.

Hi briseis,…..yep, buhay at lumalaban sa buhay dito sa Pinas.
You look at the posts and there are a couple of good ones worth coming back for. Its like all kinds of mud has been thrown at BA esp. Angie and nothing stucked so what else is left? Those throwing mud forget I guess that the mud sticks to their hands. The J-Ps are living their lives, yet their are still people pathetically holding on for some remnants of the Golden Couple. Somebody mentioned upthread about the level of being pathetic for those still living vicariously thru their hatred. (I guess its some form of cheap therapy to vent all your angst and problems to Angelina Jolie). Look at Ted, on the brink of losing a career and relevancy (like someone we know) - trying to revive his past glory (if there ever was one to speak of) by attacking who else if you want to be in the news? Must suck to loose your close sources and contacts in HW.
On another side you’ve got posters (paid or for whatever pathethic reasons) who seek news and photos of Brad and Angie or the family and analyze it like investigating a crime. Up to now, I still chuckle at the fact that a FF hater bought Marie Claire with Angie on the cover and were the first to post on line. LMAO!

Isaiah needs to STFU!
Isaiah Washington blamed costar Patrick Dempsey’s repeated tardiness to the Grey’s Anatomy set for the blow-up that resulted in Washington using a homophobic slur.
Interviewed on Larry King Live, Washington said he regretted not confronting Dempsey the first time he was late, so he challenged him the second time. But Dempsey wanted to delay the scene more to wait for Grey’s star Ellen Pompeo, who plays Dempsey’s love interest, before shooting began.
“I said I don’t need Ellen, I can act,” Washington told King. “And that was the moment that sent it into a different zone.”
According to Washington, Dempey erupted. “He became unhinged, sprayed spittle in my face,” said Washington, in his first television interview about the controversy. “I’m asking him why is he screaming at me. … He just becomes irate.”
That’s when Washington said “a lot of things I’m not really proud of.”
“I said several bad words,” he recalled, quoting himself as telling Dempsey: “There’s no way you’re going to treat me like the B-word, the P-word or the F-word.”
He said that the “F-word” was not meant as an anti-gay slur, but implied “somebody who is being weak.” Washington also strongly denied he ever directed the word at gay costar T.R. Knight.
“I am not homophobic – in no way, shape or form,” said Washington.
As for Knight claiming the slur was directed at him, Washington said, “That’s a lie. He misrepresented himself.” Washington suggested Knight did that to advance his career and get more money. “He has been very disappointed in playing the character he has been playing. He told me that,” said Washington.
But Washington said he felt badly about repeating the slur backstage at the Golden Globe Awards. “I wish I could take that back,” Washington said.
He became emotional at one point in the interview. When King asked if any cast members had written to him, Washington paused and appeared close to tears when he recalled that Sandra Oh had sent him an email
#495…that would be MR.and MRS. SH!T.
