Madonna performed during the UK leg of the international climate change awareness concert Live Earth at Wembley Stadium on Saturday. (She wore custom-studded Mary Janes by Christian Louboutin.)
Before performing “Ray of Light,” the Queen of Pop said, “There’s been a lot of talk about conserving energy tonight, but right now I don’t want to hear any one of you save any of your energy right now! C’mon mother****ers! If I’m playing a guitar, not one of your feet can touch the ground! I wanna see this whole city jumping!”
Madonna followed this by declaring: “We’re starting an avalanche of awareness that we are running out of time. I’d like to thank [Live Earth organizers] Al Gore and Kevin Wall for giving the world the wake-up call it needs. Tonight’s concert, and the concerts going on around the world, are not just about entertainment, they’re about starting a revolution! This is your last chance to show that you care about the planet! Amen!”

Hey, I just watched Madonna perform on Live Earth. The photo’s really didn’t do her justice. She looks amazing. She’s still slender and, she does work out a lot. You can tell. She sings quite well. I might just purchase her new album.
Her and Kate Winslet look a lot alike. Kate of course looks like a younger sister. Now, there’s a perfect example of a curvy woman-Kate. She’s slim and has curves. Not fat and not too skinny. She’s just right. That’s how I picture curvy. Kelly Clarkson is beyond curvy. She’s hefty. Enough said.

There is a certain segment of the nation who don’t give a damn about the planet so long as they have a big bank account, and as long as their taxes are lowered. They are your conservatives.

Didi, go back to school and learn how to use punctuation and expand your vocabulary to words other than curse words and then maybe then you could make something out of your life too and be happy instead of emitting so much bitterness and cynicism. It’s totally OK not to like Madonna, but seriously, you sound like you have bigger issues than that.
What is up with all the hate? I’m not the biggest Madonna fan but I’m telling you she’ll probably look 100x better than you when you reach her age.

I think Madonna was great! She’s one of a kind and truly original. She’s in better shape,,,mentally and physically than all of the young “starlets” today. She’s not too old in my book. Her music gets better as she ages too. May she do it forever! :-)

Oh get real. This concert was a tribute to Al Gore. He wants to flaunt the power he has over Hollywood and these celebrities.
I think everyone is aware of Global Warming. There isn’t one person who has more at stake then another.Although the rich seem to contribute more as they fly around the world in their private jets. Maybe if they made the oath to only pollute the air twice a year on their world travels, that alone would do wonders for Global Warming.
