Madonna performed during the UK leg of the international climate change awareness concert Live Earth at Wembley Stadium on Saturday. (She wore custom-studded Mary Janes by Christian Louboutin.)
Before performing “Ray of Light,” the Queen of Pop said, “There’s been a lot of talk about conserving energy tonight, but right now I don’t want to hear any one of you save any of your energy right now! C’mon mother****ers! If I’m playing a guitar, not one of your feet can touch the ground! I wanna see this whole city jumping!”
Madonna followed this by declaring: “We’re starting an avalanche of awareness that we are running out of time. I’d like to thank [Live Earth organizers] Al Gore and Kevin Wall for giving the world the wake-up call it needs. Tonight’s concert, and the concerts going on around the world, are not just about entertainment, they’re about starting a revolution! This is your last chance to show that you care about the planet! Amen!”

Sorry but there’s something a little unsightly about a 50 year old woman squatting in a leotard. Save it for Guy honey. And posters like style78 are full of sh*t. Nobody want to see this. it’s not her case she is lucky and is surrounded by a lot of talented people she is not a songwriter,record producer,she doesn’t play a lot of instruments,and is not a choreographer.
She started to create some stuffs late.
her real talent is her ambition and the fact that she used marketing and her image.in fact she is nothing compared to michael jackson or prince.

Those who slag off Madonna for dressing in this way and being so supple at her age are crazy. I see 17 year olds that look as if they eat chips and chocolate for every meal. Let us just remember that she was a little chubby in her early years, however she proves that good dieting and exercise keeps you looking young into your late 40’s. Madonna does this all with so much class, you can really see how she deserved her mega star status.

She’s the best. She does write lyrics, playes several instruments. She played guitar and drums in the 70’s when she was playing in bands. As a child she had piano lessons. And she is still learning. It just eats people up that someone can have such an amzing career and nobody can’t come close. And yes she is raising her kids like a real mom. No drinking, parties, drugs etc. Bravo for her.I wish other young stars would take an example of her. Great woman, great artist. She will always be here. And the world loves it.

All of your comments of both praise and criticism seem to do nothing but show how age-obsessed you are. If age is the only justification you can find for Madonna to disappear, or if that is what you think renders her performance amazing, I’m afraid you deserve to be stuck in your neurotic prison of upcoming wrinkles and backaches! She has more drive while scratching her left ear lobe than most people could hope for in a lifetime. You are the same people who were telling us that Madonna was too old to be doing what she was doing 15 years ago! It’s pathetic.
