OlderDaniel Radcliffe is Hairy Potter
Boy wizard Daniel Radcliffe is the August 2007 cover star for Details Magazine. The grown-up Dirty Harry speaks about getting naked in his stage play and baring his butt for the entire world.
On attending school after the first Harry Potter film was released: “Some people did get very aggressive. People say it was just jealousy, but I don’t think it is jealousy. I think its just ‘We can have a crack at the kid that plays Harry Potter.’
On not attending college: “The paparazzi, they’d love it. And also if there were any parties going on, they’d be tipped off as to where they were, and it would be all of that stuff.”
On having never been to a nightclub: “All it takes is for me to be seen chatting up a girl for them to, you know, make up some crappy headline about me being a sex rat or whatever they call it.”
On office romances: “I think it would be very hard to go out with an actress, because they’re mad. Some actresses are just insane. I’ve never worked with a nasty actress – they’re all absolutely delightful. But completely barking.”
On the British media frenzy caused by his nude scene in the play Equus: “It’s that thing of being shocked that I should have hair – you know, anywhere else other than on my head. It’s not so much that they don’t want me to grow up. It’s that they’re annoyed that I’m growing up adjusted. They’d much rather I was growing up and going wild and crashing cars.”
On his estimated $33 million fortune: “Even when I was very young and before any of this had happened, I remember being repulsed by ostentatious displays of wealth. People who have car collections – I never understood that. I always thought that was unnecessary. It’s not beautiful, its not creative. Its just showing how much money you’ve got.”
On being naked on stage: “I’d be lying if I said I was completely fine. I was nervous and I was a little bit worried. But not meaning to drop a name, I talked to Gary Oldman about it, because we get on very well and I know he’s been naked onstage. And so I said to him, ‘What’s it like?’ and he said, ‘On the first night you’ll be terrified and on the second night you’ll be terrified and after that you won’t care.’ And that’s absolutely true. When you’ve done it twice, it doesn’t matter anymore.”

I can’t understand where a lot of you are coming from. I like the movies, but certainly never had any ‘thoughts’ about the actors. I never dreamed that the young Daniel would grow up into such an amazingly sexy man. All I can say is the guy I see in the pictures here is exactly my type - wow. He has turned into such a sexy man.
Maybe those of you who don’t find him attractive now just never wanted him to grow up.

This was my first time on this website, and after reading the comments, my last one because I have to say most of you are unnecessarily rude and above all else creeps. The comments about Dan’s phoyoshoot are immature and stupid and I’ll bet that those of you who called him a ‘pervert’ ‘rapist’ and other crude words obviously never read the article that came with the pictures, because myself being 19, I admit that Dan doesn’t have the whole Brad Pitt look going for him but his personality and intellect definitely score him a point with millions of fans worldwide. Everyone is entitled to thier own opinion, negative and positive but there’s a way of doing that, which obviously doesn’t apply to most of you.

Wow…quite different from what I’ve ever seen him in. The one in the hat is amazing, almost a shot of someone being absoulutely dorky.Facial hair makes him seem like Elijah Wood, especially with those eyes. Trying to make an impression, eh? He does look like a big creep who stalks people but I love him still.

Dude, personally, I like him. I think he’s an amazing actor, and I think he’s going to go places and do alot of things with his career. But all I want to say, the whole point of this comment, is that that leather vest, is a no. It’s just–it’s just–no.

i think dan is mature..he is not like teens his age who are actors that have a bad reputations because he or she did this or that..dan knows what he wants and he is down to earth..it’s better him being naked on stage and acting rather going to wild parties or make stupid decision that can ruin his life.. dan keeps himself busy by doing what he loves..in pics he looks scary or weird bcoz of the lighting and background..he has nice eyes..girls don’t be discourage by these photos..
