One Tree Hill star Sophia Bush stays in shape, working her glutes by doing lunges on Tuesday in Los Angeles with the help of celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak, who’s recently been helping Jessica Simpson get her killer calves.

For those of you who don’t know, Sophia Bush is a C-List narcissist (like jessica alba, and beil) actress who’s done such CRAP films as John Tucker Must Die, Stay Alive, and Supercross but wants to be taken seriously. She also on that ridiculously show One Tree Hill.

Also Sophia has never played the “victim” She has always been totally civil to Chad and never once bitched publically about working on the set w/ him and his new 12 year old fiance. I give the girl major props for being above that kind of shizz. She is the real deal.

As far one Tree Hill, say what you like about it, it is one of the few shows we watch together as a family. Not too many shows you can do that with anymore. It may have it’s silly moments, but it always prompts lots of discussion, my own fave sign of a “good” show.
Sophia looks great! she’s playing in ne tree hill and in that movie “The Hitcher” awesome movie! oh! and also in the movie “Supercross”

Sophia looks great. Don’t you think it’s a wee bit unfair to pick on her weight as she’s in the midst of her workout routine? I think her body is amazing but, obviously she is trying to get more toned or something, why make fun of something she’s putting effort into trying to change? I’d understand if the photos were of her scarfing down an ice-cream sunday but they’re not. Makes zero sense to me.

We watch OTH with our kids too. One of the few shows we all enjoy together. I like Brooke, she’s very down-to-earth and normal. I’d much rather my kids look up to her than to Britney or Paris!

how the hell can you call her fat? She’s the perfect size, and she’s definitely gorgeous. & she’s not just those things, she’s a very talented actress. She’s definitely my favorite actress. without a doubt. Plus she’s a god role model. She’s not out partying every single night, or getting drunk like all those other girls do. I’m one of Sophia’s “sisters”. Please stop trying to defame Sophia and please stop trying to defame our University. Sophia is a sweet girl, very hard-working and very determined. She has not now nor has she ever been involved with any type of drugs. To insinuate anything else, is a direct slam to Sophia, to our sorority and to our school!
You obviously need a hobby. Why not join a charitable organization and give back to your community instead of spreading slander around the internet.
