One Tree Hill star Sophia Bush stays in shape, working her glutes by doing lunges on Tuesday in Los Angeles with the help of celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak, who’s recently been helping Jessica Simpson get her killer calves.

Here’s a guy’s spin on things. Wouldn’t it be interesting if all the negative posts were being made by Kenzie? She’s what, 18 years old? Just out of school, has a lot of time on her hands, and we all know how great Chad is about being faithful, it has to make a girl feel pretty insecure about herself, girls sometimes do f**ed up things when they feel threatened. Besides, she lights years away from Sophia in the looks department.

I think it’s pretty sad and pathetic for all those who are going ahead and calling her fat, talentless and etc. Firstly Sophia has a healthy weight and size, much better than half of the other hollywood girls. I’d rather look like her than Nicole, Hilary(at one point at least..) or Paris. Not to mention that she’s much more level headed and sets a better example to younger females. As far as her career goes, she’s on a show that’s heading for it’s fifth season, has a handful of movies under her belt and she’s doing way better than everyone else that’s leaving their negative comments about her.
And if you have no clue who she is or have never seen any of her movies or OTH, then you seriously have no right to say anything about her. Even if you do have freedom of speech, it’s just lame to use it in that way. If you’re going to dump on someone, go after one of the stick thin chicks that are putting themselves in rehab or starving themselves. I think she’s a lot more low key and you don’t see her going out a partying like mad, showing her private parts or doing anything thats the least bit distasteful.
For those who said she’s the one who cheated on CMM, I never once heard anything about that. As far as I know Chad cheated on her with Paris. And how soon after their split did he have a new girl? God forbid someone in this business be a natural beauty and not weigh under 100 pounds. I personally don’t think Sophia is anywhere near fat.
She is a young, new actress and just because her films aren’t A-list yet doesn’t mean they won’t be one day. If anyone follows OTH they will know that since season 1, Sophia’s talent has done nothing but blossom and I believe she is one of the most talented young actresses in America. I never feel like I’m watching her “act” when she is onscreen, I’ve always believed 100% of what her characters say and do because as an actress, she believes 100% of what her characters say and do.
So many of the young actresses today get by on the fact that they’re “beautiful” according to some magazine that photographs them and airbrushes too much. I don’t believe I’ve ever seen or read an interview with Sophia where she seemed anything less than classy and intelligent. Just because she isn’t making headlines by partying every night doesn’t mean she shouldn’t be recognized.
But, hey, this is just one person’s opinion. Haters are haters, they’re going to say what they’re going to say to get a rise out of people. They’re allowed their opinions, too, I suppose.
