One Tree Hill star Sophia Bush stays in shape, working her glutes by doing lunges on Tuesday in Los Angeles with the help of celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak, who’s recently been helping Jessica Simpson get her killer calves.

I think Sophia is one of the most beautiful women in Hollywood, and she’s naturally beautiful, not like all those fake celebutards. It’s also nice to see a woman who got an education and doesn’t look like she’s starving herself, and I bet she’s much more in shape and has a better figure than everyone who posted on here calling her fat. I think she’s got talent too, and she’s just getting her start in Hollywood - every big name actor has some terrible films on their resume. It’s called paying your dues, and I think that’s what she’s doing, and will probably go on to have a very successful career.

I think Sophia Bush is very talented and extremely gorgeous! She looks just like a normal person. She has a body that is in shape and toned, not stick skinny like other people you see on tv. That’s what I really love about her.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Sophia and I can tell you a few things:
1. she is really nice, friendly and approachable
2. she’s a good actress
3. she looks beautiful without a stitch of make-up on
4. she has a fantastic, human girl body: slender with curves
I think she looks appropriate considering she’s working out - we’d all be laughing our asses off if we saw some chick working out with a fully made-up face, perfectly done hair & some ridiculous designer outfit - so give her a break! Even in these pics you can still tell how lovely she is!
