One Tree Hill star Sophia Bush stays in shape, working her glutes by doing lunges on Tuesday in Los Angeles with the help of celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak, who’s recently been helping Jessica Simpson get her killer calves.

Sophia Bush is a beautiful girl!! She is a healty person, and I wish all girls could have such a health person to model themselves on! She might not be “stunning” like some people find f.ex. Paris Hilton, but the truth is that Paris Hilton is the ugly one!! She has to paint a 2 inch layer of makeup on her face just to go outside her door! Sophia is 100% natural! She is a strong person with good qualities, and takes **** from no one!
