Sarah Michelle Gellar @ DJ Cassidy’s Party

Sarah Michelle Gellar and R&B songstress Cassie celebrate the 26th birthday of DJ Cassidy — one of the most sought after DJs in the industry — at a private party at NYC hotpost Tenjune on Wednesday. Noticeably missing was Gellar’s hubby Freddie Prinze Jr.

Live performances were made by Jeff Red, Naughty by Nature and Big Daddy Kane. Ronson, Q-tip, D-Nice and Juske all had DJ sets.

Other celebrities filling up the place wall-to-wall included Diddy, Jermaine Dupri, Russell Simmons and hip-hop violinist Miri Bin Ari.

Cassidy’s dad is a big time music industry guy. his sister pays celebs to come to pr events (its her job). She is friends with Sarah. Shes in the gold dress. I think they grew up together. Why else would anyone care he turned 26…

Whatever happened to Cassie?..Seems Diddy is not puttimg effort in giving her more support like what Jay-Z is doing for Rihanna. Rihanna has her second album and new music videos out but Cassie has doen no new songs/album or videos the same for Danity Kane.
