Julianne’s Moore’s Blonde New Do
Former fine-featured redhead Julianne Moore took to the bleach and clippers, sporting a shorter, blonder do while out and about with her Cartier Marcello handbag and Chloé sunglasses in NYC’s West Village on Tuesday.
Thankfully, Julianne is filming new drama thriller Blindness, out March 2008. Blindness tells the story of a doctor’s wife who becomes the only person with the ability to see in a town where everyone is struck with a mysterious case of sudden blindness. She feigns illness in order to take care of her husband as her surrounding community breaks down into chaos and disorder. Based on a novel by Nobel Prize winner Jose Saramago.

well hopefully she’ll be back to being a red-head after filming.
Keep it red - it’s her sophisticated trademark.
Does she have a mirror? Her original hair colour was a lot prettier.
Nasty! She does looked terribly washed out with the blonde hairdo… soon as the movie shoot is over, me thinkz the blonde has to go.

She’s so naturally beautiful with her red hair. I really hope this is temporary and for a role.
That’s still what people call red hair. And I bet that is closer to her real color anyway. Most redheads’ hair lightens (whitens) as they age, looking more blonde. Over the last few years she has been dying it darker.
It’s not bad. But her red hair was ways better.

Too short, too blonde, too fried. A bottle of dye and a pair of scissors have neutralized her sensuality.

Wow! I may be of the minority opinion here, but do Love Julienne as a blonde! If she cut it into a very short blonde pixie, she would be adorable & sexy.

I saw her in a restaurant in NYC and she looked terrific with her new do. She is adorable, either way!
