Hayden Panettiere @ NBC All-Star Party
Hayden Panettiere arrives at the NBC All-Star Party in a stunning lace overlay dress (red top, white bottom, black overlay). The event was held during the 2007 Summer Television Critics Association Press Tour at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Tuesday in Beverly Hills, Calif.
The 17-year-old Heroes hottie was accompanied by her manager mommy Lesley.
In between press interviews, Hayden was encouraged to eat — “force fed,” she said, by her two TV “dads,” Adrian Pasdar and Jack Coleman. “They’ve been like eat, eat!”

What is the deal with her mom? She always has such a weird look on her face. Is that bad plastic surgery or does she have something worng with her?
