Kate Walsh makes nice with paparazzi (she’s always smiling for them!) and heads into the photography studio at Pier 59 Studios West in Santa Monica, Calif.
We can probably shoot down those pregnant rumors down now! Kate, 39, was seen smoking a cigarette in her bathrobe between takes. Unless . . . . . . nahhhhhhh!!!!!
And the engagement party she went to in Pasadena on Saturday was apparently was for her and fiance Alex Young.

FYI - If you are already a smoker and get pregnant, it is actually better to just cut down on smoking instead of quit cold turkey as it puts too much stress on the baby. However, if she was seen smoking like a chimney then it is probably safe to say she is not with child…
Forgot to mention - my mom smoked when she was pregnant with me (she did cut down though) and I was born perfectly healthy (and 11 weeks early I might add… and an honour student all throughout school)… Just so you don’t go start accusing and such. Haha. She smoked with my brother too but he was born on time also, also perfectly healthy.

Tons of women smoke while they’re pregnant and I mean TOOONS.I love American people you get scare if someone smokes but not that you have teenagers at war or making pot the all time.
I know a lot of women who had smoked in their pregnancies and their infants are normal and halthy so stop with your tobacco thing,some of you are so loonies!!!!!!!!

It’s not acceptable. Smoking kills and destroys looks and lungs.
My mother and sister died of lung cancer in the last four years. Once a smoker is diagnosed, it’s too late to do anything. They live about six to seven months no matter what they do.
Quit smoking, people.
She could still be pregnant. Catherine Zeta smoked her entire pregnancy. You know they all want to stay thin. that is much better to them then then health of their children!!!!!

I don’t think that she smokes every day, or a lot!! she starts the new serie, and she probably very stressed, so smoke can destressed her!! and her mother had a breath cancer few years ago, if she smokes a lot, she can have a lung cancer because there was a cancer in her family, so i din’t think she smokes a lot, she deosn’t want to die!!!AND NEITHER AM I!!!!!!!!!

But here in England we LOVE Addison (& Kate), she is the only reason me & my friends watch Greys (it isn’t a popular show here). Can’t wait for PP & Kate as the lead though

No, Kate isn’t really known here, but then neither are any of the Greys cast. Season 3 has just started here on a minority cable channel, which I think is also going to show PP. (Luckily thanks to the internet, I d/load the episodes when they air so I don’t have to wait !) I actually think PP could be a bigger success here than Greys, cos we have loads of our own hospital dramas, & although PP is still a medical show, it’s in a different setting. Plus, they are setting it where they are filming it, so unlike Greys hopefully there will be more location filming out and about.
I think PP will also be targeting a more mature audience. (Rumor is there will be more heated scenes) That’s gotta be a plus.
french love private practice (pilot) too!!we watched PP tuesday 10 in a channel in france, who bought the serie;It will air in the hollyday 2008!! I’m from guadeloupe who is a french island, and I have this channel!!!I watched PP in internet and on TV!! It was great!!!!!
I wasn’t awed by the non-pilot but the show has great potential so I’m definitely watching it. Hopefully after the changes they made, it will kick-ass.

Not sure if its been said or not, I don’t have the time to go through 4 pages of comments at work.
A lot of people said she had gained weight over the past year and I’m sure she’s been told that or its gotten around and been heard. Perhaps she’s starving it all of? I’m not saying she’s anorexic so don’t come and bite me. Or maybe she’s eating reguarly but has trouble stopping herself after she’s had enough? Smoking surpresses your appetite. It’s a given fact.
Whatever the reason is she’s smoking, it’s her own reason and its her decision.
Don’t be absurd ! She hasn’t gained weight noticeably AT ALL. IF anything she’s got thinner over the past few years. And just cos pregnancy rumours were floating around a few sites (mainly this one) doesn’t mean anything & I doubt even Kate was aware of them. She’s hardly likely to look these sites up LOL.
