OlderBrad & Angelina’s French Park Adventures
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie took three of their kids — Maddox, 5, Pax, 3, and Zahara, 2 — to French amusement park Aventure-Parc in Massignac, France on Monday.
“We’re a small little town, we’re not used to having celebrities,” said one park employee. “We don’t get French celebrities, so it’s completely crazy to find yourself standing with Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, the most chased-after couple in the world in front of you. Completely crazy.”
“I asked myself, ‘Who is this man with a ball cap and this woman with black sunglasses?’ ” another staffer told People. “We were all extremely shocked.”
“To see Brad Pitt knocking around in a bouncy castle with his children [and] screaming like wild animals was like a hallucination,” said park operator Benjamin Gautier.
The three-acre park in France’s Charente-Limousin region features rope climbing courses between trees, rope swings and other outdoor activities. Staff offered to waive the 5 € entry fee, but Brad and Angie insisted on paying.

Angie and Brad are in France. They’d been there since last Saturday and it was kept quiet until Thursday when someone tried to sell some of the power couple’s pics to the French Mags about them.
Apparently Brand and Angie were spending their time there normally, going to the bakery, bistrots without being bothered by the town inhabitants. The French Mags didn’t believe the story about the attraction parc because people working in the region(restaurants, cinema ect) insisted that Brad and Angie never showed to their establishments –maybe because they must have signed confidentiality contracts. It’s only until Thursday when the mags got the pics that they did more research and found out exactly where Brad, Angie and the children are staying.
So now, the outside and surroundings of the castle were they reside til the end of next week has been invaded by papz from all over the world.
I feel for them. They were enjoying their time tranquilly but now it’s goona be impossible until next week. Oh well..
I’ll try to translate the article for you guys.

At least the pictures are from far away. The Park worker who took them didn’t disturb them by getting close.
Everyone wants to make a bunk out of Brad and Angie for the last couple of years and that is a sad fact. They are the biggest stars in the world.But they have chose to live their life as they want and not let anyone prevent them from doing the best for them and their kids.
There aren’t any other pictures since Monday so that means that the paps haven’t got them yet. And it’s quite difficult for them to hung around of the castle they are staying. They have to wait for them to step outside and go down town.
I’m sure they are able to have a great time!!!

They didn’t. Some kid who works at that park took those pics with his cell phone camera and sold them to Splash and other agencies. So, because of that now those agencies are sending paps to the area.

Oh, I know how they found out but the paps will still choose to hunt down to get pictures of them. They are on vacation and should be allowed to enjoy it with constantly having to cameras in their faces.

Exactly ! I found it so nauseating whenever she was descibed as beautiful. if she is beautiful then Barbara Streidan was pretty too. she was never pretty before, at 20’s, early 30’s to pushing 40.I can’t believed Brad stick with her for 7 yrs.
Honestly, I do not even really enjoy these pictures for the simple fact that Brad & Angie and family deserve a break from the world.
I’m happy that they are doing normal family activites but I think the person who took these photos is a s**thead for not respecting their privacy, the rest of the townspeople (judging from the article) respected the fact that the Jolie-Pitts needed some family down time, but not this a**hole.

It is nice to know that Brad and Angie with their little ones are having fun while on vacation. At least for almost a week, they have managed to remain discreet as to where they are. Again, the People article yesterday put the trash that is Star and In touch, out of touch of the real loving world of the Jolie-Pitt family.

Thanks for the thread Just Jared. BP and AJ are living their lives, raising their lives and enjoying the time they have together the best they can given they are two huge superstars. They could be holed up in a Malibu Mansion afraid to venture out except for the timed photo op. They are off to exciting locales, enjoying various cultures and experiencing life. They managed to have time with their kids, work on their craft and involved in various charties. Don’t worry about BAMPZS,they are doing just fine. I wish them all the best and a lovely vacation. Peace to all

Though I love that family very much, I feel sorry for them. They are a beautiful couple, successful in their profession, happy with their family, wealthy and admired by people who know what inside beauty is. However, they have to live in a kind of prison, exposed to the public eyes (the tabloids) and can enjoy a “second” of freedom and privacy - this only with lot of efforts and lot of spending thousands dollars for security etc.
While common people read tabloids, make their comments, quite often nasty opinions with full of jealousy, they are not aware how much this family wishes to be incognito for just a minute.
I wish them alot of happiness, blessings, a fulfilled family life which compensate the sacrifice of freedom and privacy.

Days after wrapping filming on her new movie Wanted in Prague, Angelina Jolie, along with Brad Pitt and their family, made a surprise visit to a French amusement park, according to the staff there and the local Charente Libre newspaper.
“We’re a small little town, we’re not used to having celebrities,” said one employee at the Aventure-Parc in Massignac. The facility, located in France’s Charente-Limousin region, features tree-climbing, rope swings and other outdoor activities for kids.
“We don’t get French celebrities, so it’s completely crazy to find yourself standing with Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, the most chased-after couple in the world in front of you,” said the employee. “Completely crazy.”
While the park’s six workers were seated at a picnic table having lunch, one told PEOPLE that on Monday afternoon a blacked-out Mercedes van pulled up carrying the Hollywood couple and three of their children, Maddox, 5, Pax-Thien, 3, and Zahara, 2.
“I asked myself, ‘Who is this man with a ball cap and this woman with black sunglasses?’ ” one staffer told PEOPLE. “We were all extremely shocked.”
The awed staff offered to waive the standard 5 € entry fee, but Jolie and Pitt insisted on paying. They stayed an hour, using the playground area that included a bouncy castle and a children’s obstacle course among other facilities.
“To see Brad Pitt knocking around in a bouncy castle with his children [and] screaming like wild animals was like a hallucination,” said park operator Benjamin Gautier.
The three-acre park, which also features rope climbing courses between trees, normally welcomes 100-150 people during the day, but was otherwise empty because of overcast weather, according to staff.

I love this couple. never get tired of them. hope they are enjoying their vacation. they really needed it. both are so hardworking.

Hmmm… the French article Estelle and I translated on the last thread seems much more accurate than this People thing Jared has borrowed from.
For example, Benjamim Gautier is the Park manager and he was not present when the Jolie-Pitts visited the place. People magazine must have found the French news (very probably here - “wave to People, guys!”), phoned the Park and talked to the manager who gave them a second-hand version of things. That’s why People’s report is much more flat and uninteresting than the one from the French newspaper Charente Libre.
And you know what that means, guys… JJ’s threads are more up to date regarding J-P stuff than everyone else. We are the place to be. LOL

You are so right. I didn’t particularly enjoy the pix because I know they are so invasive. Some worker takes them with a cellphone, they are not clear and yet they are being publihed everywhere. You would think the mags would know better. I can’t even see the ballcap they say Brad ais wearing. Looks like his regular fedora to me. Those pix are no good and should have been canned.
