Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe spends his 18th birthday and the first of his new found $40 million wealth at Lords Cricket ground with friends.
“I know I’m in an incredibly fortunate position,” Radcliffe has said. “But I don’t plan to be one of those people who suddenly buys themselves a massive sports car collection.”
Radcliffe happily took a moment from his special day to sign an autograph for a fan. Perhaps he learned courtesy from his father, Alan, who was spotted that day allowing a woman to board the bus ahead of him… although his choice of book was NOT the latest of the Potter series.
Alan Radcliffe could double as John O’Hurley (Seinfeld, Dancing With the Stars)!
In the US, an estimated 8.3 million copies of Deathly Hollows were sold in the first 24 hours of its release last Friday.

If I was him, before filming another HP I would ask for more money. He should be making way more guap off those movies now.
This guy’s growing up fast and well. His parents apparently deserve a lot of credit but it’s obvious he does, as well. Whether he asks for more money for the next two HP movies is immaterial. What is more important is that he continues to grow as an actor. He’s got a long and hopefully an illustrious career ahead of him. He’s already branched out onto the stage in that West End production of Equus and gotten great reviews. He’s looking toward the future and says he’s looked to the career of Gary Oldman as an inspiration. Good for you, Daniel!
why taking the bus? i find that strange. don’t have to extravagant or anything but why not drive a car or take a cab?
Mass transit in Europe is much more accessible and practical especially in large cities. I know I would love to live without a car if I could. I had to look twice because he does look a lot like John O’Hurley.
Public transport, especially around London, makes more sense than taking your own car. You pay to drive into the city, and then you can’t park anywhere once you get there. He could have taken a cab but the suburbs are better serviced by bus.

Awesome..he’s legal in the you know what sense. I’m so happy about that because I’m so much older and I’ve had a crush on him for quite awhile. I hated to admit that because I was afraid the juvenile police would come after me if I said it aloud. Now, I can scream how much I have the hots for Daniel!

That’s weird! I was once sitting on the same bus station when I went to see the Oxford vs. Cambridge University Boatrace and after desperately searching for that bloody Stamford Bridge Stadium (Chelsea FC).
ok everybody i cat beleive some of you are crushing on him when your in your 30s that just isnt good and i think they timed the films wrong he should have been 1 year older in each one anyway i think the fact that he is doing equus isnt that good i mean remember when we used to think of him as just harry potter a sweet 11 yearold filmstar being part of equus will ruin that for all the children who have grown up watching harry potter and loving it too if you tink of how theyd feel you kinda feel sorry for them my sister is only ten and she adores harry potter she has read all of the books and seen all of the films and i dont want to have to let her have to realise what is happening with the harry potter she loves
