In one of her interview (don’t remember which one, anybody rember?),
she said she had a hard time of teaching Pax that underwear is not a pant. That’s mean Pax likes to wear his undie by itself. It’s very normal in Asia or tropical country, it is hot there and summer all year along. Sometimes parents let their children running around in their house with their underpants and under shirt only. Pax just is just used to do it when he was in orphanage.

Do you have a favorite brother or sister?, When you were younger, did you ever hanged out with one and when you grew older prefer another?…well, I do. I used to hang with my older brother all the time when I was younger, but now as I’m getting older, I find myself spending more time with my older sister. As you all know, I’ve been writing this blog for awhile now. I also write my own personal blog titled Chaos Theory. Over there I write about family life for the most part with a little of this and a little of that thrown in.

If you’ve followed blogs for awhile, you may have heard of The Blogathon. You can find out info at that link, but the short version is, bloggers who are potentially a little crazy sign on to post to their blog every half hour for 24 straight hours for charity. Each blogger chooses a charity that is important to them and attempts to get sponsors.

I am one of the crazy bloggers who has agreed to forego sleep next weekend. On July 28th, at 9 am Eastern Time, I will begin posting on my personal blog. I will continue to do so every 30 minutes until July 29th at 9 am Eastern Time. What does this have to do with you and THIS blog?

Well, I mention it because I am blogging for a charity near and dear to Angelina Jolie’s heart - I am attempting to raise money for the UNHCR, the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees. I did the blogathon three years ago and I raised over $300 for the UNHCR. It is only because of Angelina Jolie that I was ever even aware of the organization and what refugees go through, especially children.

Right now I have a total of $48 worth of pledges. If you would like to help you should know that:

$50 helps register 150 exhausted refugees to assess their needs and trace their families
$80 provides tents to shelter a family of five
$100 gives a family a survival kit including blankets plus a cooking/heating stove
$200 pays for emergency health for a community
$500 creates two wells to provide clean water to a community of refugees
$1000 gives a feeding kit that will feed 100 children
So of course I’m hoping to raise as much money as possible for this group that Angie has worked with for so many years. I may not be able to travel to war and poverty stricken countries but I can do my best.

I would love it if any of you would be willing to step into the role of humanitarian like Angie and sponsor me. Some important things for you to know about sponsoring me are:

Perhaps most importantly, no money ever goes to me. You do not give me money in the hopes that I will be honest enough to give it to the UNHCR. Rather, I trust your honor by blogging for 24 hours while hoping that when you will indeed make your donation when it’s over.

Once you’ve created your account you can go straight in and make your pledge which can either be a lump sum or a certain amount per hour that I complete.

It’s an invasion of privacy when the photos are taken on private property, whether that property is their or rented. They have an expectation of privacy the same as anyone else. I suppose most people know that what the French call a “chateau” is not exactly what we call a castle.

The place where they are staying is a manor house, belonging to an English couple who rents either rooms or the whole house. So, B&A’s peace and quiet ended this weekend.

I’ve read the French articles and there is not much to translate. The highlights:

- Thursday, the J-Ps took a trip to the south of France with one of the kids (not named).
