OlderLindsay Lohan Arrested for DUI — AGAIN!
Lindsay Lohan was arrested for drunk driving in Santa Monica around 2:15AM this morning, according to TMZ.
Lindsay, 21, was arrested near Pico Boulevard and Main Street, where cocaine was found in her pants pocket and her blood alcohol level was between .12 and .13, well over the .08 legal limit. This is her second bust in less than a year.
The 21-year-old trouble starlet was driving on a suspended license and was apparently driving under the influence as she was given a walk-the-line test and flunked.
Lindsay is out of jail after being “cooperative” — her bail was reportedly $25,000. Her mug shot is pictured left.
What happened to her alcohol detecting bracelet??? Or her 45 days in rehab???
UPDATE: Lindsay’s attorney Blair Berk issued the following statement: “Addiction is a terrible and vicious disease. Since Lindsay transitioned to outpatient care, she has been monitored on a SCRAM bracelet and tested daily in order to support her sobriety. Throughout this period, I have received timely and accurate reports from the testing companies. Unfortunately, late yesterday I was informed that Lindsay had relapsed. The bracelet has now been removed. She is safe, out of custody and presently receiving medical care.”

This is very sad and ridiculous all at the same time. I guess being rich and famous is wasted on some people. I would be out shopping with all that money and not ruining my life.

I don´t think this is true. Lindsay has always been a responsible person and she´s wearing an alcohol detecting angle strap now. This can´t be true. Maybe somebody mixed alcohol in her drink or so.
Addiction is a hard thing to beat, especially if you don’t have the support of real friends and family. I hope she finally gets real help.

I always thought there is no such thing as alcohol addiction is just a bad habit. With all that money I should not be so hard to hire someone who pretend you from drinking too much. A few drinks won´t hurt for sure. Just don´t drive with them !!! I still love her and her amazing talent !!!

It’s hard to not speculate about these stars’ expiration dates when they are so self-destructive. Even after all this Lohan craziness, my bets are still on Britney, as awful as that may sound.

This girl is totally and completely hopeless. Rehab will never work as has been shown previously. Within hours of leaving, each time, it’s RIGHT back to the same, drugs and alcohol. Producers and casting directors and anyone else hoping to make a career for this girl are completely wasting their time. She can’t act anyway. She is going to kill someone with her reckless, careless ways. With hope, maybe she’ll kill herself first
