OlderLindsay Lohan Arrested for DUI — AGAIN!
Lindsay Lohan was arrested for drunk driving in Santa Monica around 2:15AM this morning, according to TMZ.
Lindsay, 21, was arrested near Pico Boulevard and Main Street, where cocaine was found in her pants pocket and her blood alcohol level was between .12 and .13, well over the .08 legal limit. This is her second bust in less than a year.
The 21-year-old trouble starlet was driving on a suspended license and was apparently driving under the influence as she was given a walk-the-line test and flunked.
Lindsay is out of jail after being “cooperative” — her bail was reportedly $25,000. Her mug shot is pictured left.
What happened to her alcohol detecting bracelet??? Or her 45 days in rehab???
UPDATE: Lindsay’s attorney Blair Berk issued the following statement: “Addiction is a terrible and vicious disease. Since Lindsay transitioned to outpatient care, she has been monitored on a SCRAM bracelet and tested daily in order to support her sobriety. Throughout this period, I have received timely and accurate reports from the testing companies. Unfortunately, late yesterday I was informed that Lindsay had relapsed. The bracelet has now been removed. She is safe, out of custody and presently receiving medical care.”

It’s so easy to get someone down…it’s not as easy to feel sad and show some consideration…everybody here love to say terrible things about this girl, as much as she does stupid things we can’t judge her this way cuz nobody is perfect and everyone of us have made some mistakes once…i don’t know why i still like this girl the way i do…maybe it’s because we are all humans and instead of saying she’s trash i prefer to keep liking her and hope that one day she’ll be the girl she has been once in life!!!

I knew that “ankle braclet” was a complete joke! I’m sure it was just for “looks” and wasn’t even being monitored to anything. I can’t help but feel some pity for her though. It’s a ridiculous life they lead and I’m sure we all think we could do better, but who knows how we would turn out if we had been raised up in the enviroment that she has. It’s terrible that she drinks and drives, but lets not ignore the fact that she has been found once again with cocaine! She obviously has a horrible drug problem and everything just spirals down hill from there. Perhaps this is what it will take for her to straighten her life out this time. I’m just thankful that they got her again before she hurt someone!

Many people have lost their lives because stupid people like her drinking and driving. Its serious, imagine getting a call in the middle of the night having someone call you and telling your mom/dad/sister/brother/friend have been killed by a drunk driver.

She drove herself to the jail. She was chasing her personal assist’s mother. The mother didnt know who was chasing her so she went to the police, turns out it was LL … LOL. Love it, she busted herself how F’d up do you have to be.
If she goes to jail her career is over, theres already a list of famous actors who won’t make movies with her. Her film insurance is not going to be worth paying if she acts like this all the time. And its obvious that her mums not doing anything Lindsays her meal ticket. Shes beautiful and talented but she obviously doesn’t want ‘it’ that much.
I never followed her career but I can’t believe how angry I am at this girl. She had talent and opportunities and she pi$$ed it away! I will never understand why someone who has contributed to something makes the conscious decision to be useless.

There are other young people who drink and you never hear anything about them. What’s she trying to say? She knows what’s going to happen, especially when you have the paparazzi following you all the time. And… what’s with these people who have enough money to hire someone to drive them anywhere they want to go all night long? You have to want help before rehab will ever work. What is sad about Lindsay–is that of all of Hollywood’s bad girls or wahtever you want to call them (self-indulgent little b–tchs?) She is the only one with real talent. And she is wasting it. Addiction is hard to beat, but you could tell from the partying that she went right back to it.

If she has a problem with alcohol…..that is exactly what it is a problem. I agree that this needs to stop before someone gets hurt, but she really needs continuous help. Hopefully soon she will beable to get away from the alcohol.
