OlderLindsay Lohan Arrested for DUI — AGAIN!
Lindsay Lohan was arrested for drunk driving in Santa Monica around 2:15AM this morning, according to TMZ.
Lindsay, 21, was arrested near Pico Boulevard and Main Street, where cocaine was found in her pants pocket and her blood alcohol level was between .12 and .13, well over the .08 legal limit. This is her second bust in less than a year.
The 21-year-old trouble starlet was driving on a suspended license and was apparently driving under the influence as she was given a walk-the-line test and flunked.
Lindsay is out of jail after being “cooperative” — her bail was reportedly $25,000. Her mug shot is pictured left.
What happened to her alcohol detecting bracelet??? Or her 45 days in rehab???
UPDATE: Lindsay’s attorney Blair Berk issued the following statement: “Addiction is a terrible and vicious disease. Since Lindsay transitioned to outpatient care, she has been monitored on a SCRAM bracelet and tested daily in order to support her sobriety. Throughout this period, I have received timely and accurate reports from the testing companies. Unfortunately, late yesterday I was informed that Lindsay had relapsed. The bracelet has now been removed. She is safe, out of custody and presently receiving medical care.”

You can make all kinds of things possible for some people and it doesn’t seem to make a difference. What else can be said. wow I knew it would probably happen but not this soon.
The media is making such a big deal out of the trash trio which is Britney, Paris and Lindsay. It’s funny how they just hog the spotlight from all the aspiring actors, actresses and singers. I’m sick of these hasbeen *******, they crave for this attention because they suffer severe self esteem problems, by them getting all this attention it’s swelling their big heads as a result. Britney stealing over 12,000 dollars worth of merchandise from the OK interview and photoshoot, Paris driving while on a suspended license, they feel with their primitive, disgusting behavior they feel that they’re above the law. Well, Madame Tussaud better make another jail outfit for Shitney because she just created a felony according to ENews!

Most of you ppl should be ashamed of yourselves! She’s not the *****, you guys are if you just stand around and talk bad about her without even realizing how hard Hollywood can be and how fast addictions can develop.
Ya… she may be a rich Hollywood girl… but she worked so hard to get there (and genuinely has amazing talent), and it’s not like she’s trying to mess up her career on purpose!
She is alone without any real support from her family and friends. Her friends are just bad influences, and her family life is really mest up.
Her parents are separated, Her dad had promblems in the past with jail time and addictions.
So, if any of you were truly kind people, you would show some consideration for this trouble star. She has enough problems on her own, she doesn’t need you guys to be constantly reminding her, but she does need help. I strongly hope she does get the help and support she needs and overcomes this current obstacle in her life!
