Brad Pitt is Up to His Dirty Tricks
Ex-lovers Brad Pitt and Gwyneth Paltrow are reportedly teaming up again for political drama Dirty Tricks, according to Page Six.
Dirty Tricks focuses on the aftermath of the Watergate scandal, where the wife of Richard Nixon’s attorney general comes to her husband’s defense.
Pitt will play John Dean, US government official and White House counsel to Nixon. Paltrow will play Pitt’s wife, Maureen Dean.
The film, set for a 2008 release, also stars Annette Bening, Meryl Streep and Sharon Stone.
Dirty Tricks will be directed by the genius Ryan Murphy (Nip/Tuck, Running with Scissors).

Gwyneth’s husband Chris Martin of Coldplay- whose music I love by the way, has complained in one interview that it was his destiny to be always compared to Brad Pitt and Pitt’s good looks in a joking way.
I love how we just gave an idea for Jared to open up a new thread. Jared knows he’s nothing without people discussing Brangelina and giving him traffic so he’ll come up with most asinine threads just keep the crazy going.

Isn’t this the second time Page 6 has printed this rumor?Notice how they didn’t even update any of the info.Sounds like they dug this story up to get hitts on their site and the trolls/haters are eatting it up as usual.I still think Brad is just producing this film.If you read the interview by the director he said that he wanted Brad to play the part, he didn’t say that Brad WAS playing the part.There is a difference people!

Brad was a producer on GP’s last film and Brad is also working with BBT (producing).
Brad finally has an intelligent woman. She might have had a wild youth but she has matured and turned her life around and that’s the best anyone can ask of him/her self or of another person

What are you talking about? Where in that post do you see an issue with Gwyneth?? IT’S A POST COMMENDING ANGIE. It has nothing to do with Gwyneth. Brad does not kiss and tell, so I have no clue (and neither does anyone else) what happened between them or between him and Aniston for that matter, or Givens or Juliet. I have no issue with his exes because of him.

At the very least, I think that the experience will lead him to question his choices and his wants for the future (i.e. Africa for six months of the year?).

I agree…Please with romantic overtures coop! She doesn’t even go on the red carpet with her husband, you think she’d want to be drawn back to the spotlight that is Brad’s? Sure he was in love with her (I really think more than anyone else prior to his current relationship) BUT when you are hurt like he so obviously was you forgive, you move past, but you don’t GO there again. You never forget having your heart broken by someone you adored…just doesn’t happen. The opportunity for them ended in 1997.
Besides they’ve both changed so much. He isn’t the same dude now that he was then. He is a father/partner and no matter how much you may prefer him to ‘not be in Africa 6 months of the year’, I’m betting he’s all good with that. If he wasn’t he wouldn’t have hooked up with La Jolie in the first place. He went in eyes open and knew exactly what he was getting into.

I know that it’s just a rumor but frankly I don’t think it’s a big deal if indeed he’s playing a part on this movie. Brad LOVES Angie and that’s pretty evident to anyone who doesn’t have any blinders on and/or believes in the weekly lies of the bottom feeder magazines. In a way, I’d like for him to play a part in this movie so that (1) the “non-existent” triangle ends; and (2) the coattail riding from a certain famew**re ceases once and for all. I truly believe that Brad and Angelina found their soulmates in each other and nothing can come between that!
That’s a great cast but it’s ruined by Sharon ‘*****’ Stone.
Also I think that Brad and Gwyneth look like a better couple!

Brad NEVER looks back on relationships. At the D Sawyer interview, after he broke up with Gwn, he said, “….its DONE, FINISHED….”.
Haters can wish all they want. But remember, if whatever you said is gonna turn into reality, then, you should go buy a LOTTERY ticket.
Although I am not a fan of Gwn, I have to give her credit for coming forward and told the truth although I wish she should have done it sooner. It took courage to do that.
One funny thing, in 2005, at Jen’s birthday party, I remember seeing pics of Gwn showing pics of Apple to Brad. Gwn didnt do it purposely. But that sure didnt make Jen feel any better.
I have to say the evil part of me actually HOPES that BRAD will star as John Dean opposite Gwynnie as Maureen Dean in dirty tricks. If nothing else, it would give the B,A and X triangle a whole new twist.
With the tablies foaming in their collective frenzy writing about Brad may be going back to his Gwynnie, a woman he has never stopped loving etc etc.. And then the tabs will speculate about how Angelina is in a rage (but never mind what ever Chris Martin might be thinking or feeling coz, really, he doesn’t count to the tabs anyway). Nevermind the truth is that if Brad were to do a movie opposite Gwynnie, it would be with Angelina’s (and Chris’s) blessings (did I tell you that Chris doesn’t count coz no one seems to care how he might think about his wife in the movie with Brad Pitt, her first love). But that sort of story (and Chris) just wouldn’t sell tabloids.
Imagine the publicity this sort of speculation will bestow on the movie. Is there chemistry between Brad and old flame Gwynnie?? This is something people would want to see. If Brad, plays it smart, he’ll let the tablies market the movie for them and lower his marketing costs for the movie. He is, after all, the producer.
And meanwhile, what will X do when the spotlight of being the third corner in the triangle is removed from her face?? How is she going to try to make herself relevant when there is a new triangle forming right in front of her?? And when Brad, Angelina, Gwyneth and Chris, remain married, remain in relationships, remain as friends to promote the movie, how will the tablies then say Brad is going to go back to X, after screaming that Brad is going to go back to Gwynnie (you know the TABLIES ARE going to say he is going back to Gwyniee don’t you??). And the speculation about Gwyneth and Brad will go on for months (Imagine the stories about their blended families!!)

The tablies might get worse, the frenzied baiting from tablie paid trolls may also get worse but I think if Brad does do the movie with Gwynnie, and a new triangle is created, that would end to the Brad will go back to X triangle. Coz after that, where does X fit in?? hahahahahahahahahahah Love it. Brad is a zen master.

Brad and Paltrow were together almost 10 years ago, both of them are different people now. After a bad time, they are friendly now, if both of them are ok doing a movie together again, we as fans shouldn’t have to make a issue about it.
