1) Look at the name of the realty, a no namerealty. Does it look like a A-list celebrites will use?

2) I can also call my broker friend and find out who the owner is

3) Since all these are public records , I can also dig it out from the county.

3) A 2M dollar house in southern california is nothing. Even a c-list beginner celebrity would not even bother to look at that house. So if radar on line wants to write lies, at least write a lie which makes common sense.

This is perfectly legal. These are all public records. Go ask any realtor, it doesnt even take 2 minutes to have those info. All realtors have access to that database. The public records show everything, when the deed is recorded, who is the deed’s trustee names. Basically anybody can just go to the county and find out the history of the house. Knowing the realtor is much quciker to get those info.

Not just that, but when you are a realtor, and you heard B&A bought a house in Southern California for just $2M, you would be curious and want to find out about it. It’s something related to your business, it’s not just about B&A.

I hope they are tucked up far away from all of us — papps and fans for a good long while yet.
