OlderNicole Richie is Having a Son!
Nicole Richie and Joel Madden will be welcoming a son this winter, according to In Touch Weekly.
On July 25, Nicole, then 16-weeks-pregnant, had an ultrasound at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in LA. Nic learned she has a December 30 due date and will be having a boy!
“She’s having fun planning for the baby — shopping, picking out names and designing a nursery,” a friend says.
Nicole and Joel also recently picked up a white Chanel blanket, a white Glaser “I ♥ NY” bib, and a white onesie with gold fleur-de-lis with a matching hat and blanket (the baby’s rumored take-home outfit from the hospital).

“I didn’t believe it,” she said. “It was my best friend and I, and we were at her house. And she was like, ‘You’re definitely pregnant.’”

I think that they will go with an odd name because nicole loves to be in the center of the spot light. Giving her child a peculiar name will deffinitely put her in the headlines. On the other hand Joel is one to shy away from the spot light so maybe he can convince Nicole to go with an original moniker. Personally i picture their child as a Jake, Matt, Eric, Micheal, Josh ect.

Ok, but this isn’t adding up… I’m 17 weeks pregnant, and my due date is Jan 7… she said in her interview that she’s “almost” 4 months (17 weeks), so… the dates are off by a bit at least. Also, you can’t tell the sex until 16-18 weeks at the earliest, so it seems a bit soon for them to have had an ultrasound last week. I know I’m being nitpicky, but it makes me think this story is bogus. Sorry.
So both Richie AND Aguilera had ultrasounds on the SAME, EXACT DAY at the SAME, EXACT hospital ? And their babies are supposedly due in DECEMBER?!

You can tell the sex of the child by the amniotic fluid, much earlier.
Amniotic fluid is extracted with a needle, and it tells if the child is a female or male.
OMG! Amnicentesis! That brings lovely memories back! Sticking a nice loooong needle in you’re pregnant belly. Niiicee!! I think not but, yes it is accurate in determining if, the baby is male or female. Glad, my tubes are tied! Scchhhweeeet! Slim Jim!

BTW~ I HATE the way she say’s, “We are!” That phrase makes me want to vomit. Who carries the kid for 9 months? The guy may gain sympathy weight or take up drinking as a hobby! lol! I guess, this is the new phrase. WERE PREGNANT! God! Give me a bucket. I need to F@CKING vomit!

When I read about both Nicole and Christina on that website I knew it was true. They don’t post things until they are sure it is accurate information.
