Angelina Jolie Comforts Mad Maddox
The Jolie-Pitts are stateside!
Angelina Jolie scoops up an obviously teed off Maddox before walking into a Los Angeles studio on Friday to do some last-minute voiceover work for her upcoming animated film Beowulf.
The Robert Zemeckis-directed movie set for a Nov. 17th release. If you haven’t already, watch the Beowulf trailer.
Who wore what? Angelina wore head-to-toe black — a “back of the skirt zipper” dress, pointy up-to-the-knee suede boots and D&G shades. The mother-of-four accented her look with a white handbag. Maddox, who turns 6 on Monday, wore a black tee with a UFO-video-game print.
Earlier this week, Angie, Maddox and family were vacationing in Angouleme, France.

Are you giving the same advice to WillSmith, MattDamon, TomCruise, JohnTravolta, and all the others who homeschool their kids so they can travel with their parents for films? Or just Angelina and Brad?
No one knows the details of Angelina’s relationship with her father. He left her mother when she was six months old and was an absentee father for most of her life. He never says anything about the fact that his son is also estranged from him. How can you, a stranger, know what family dynamics are involved? JonV may be a toxic harmful person who should not be around his daughter or her children. A man may be a sperm donor but not be a father in any way.
How easy to give advice about people you do not know based on your subjective perceptions and prejudices.

It is so funny how people try to tell Angie and Brad what they need to do! People they aren’t listening to you! Give you advice to someone esle. They have their own lives and will do what they feel is right for their family. After all it is THEIR FAMILY!!!! One can speculate why Mad is upset and is appears that it is due to the papz! He has shown this before. Posh’s sons have shown anger also. Important thing is that we get a glimpse at Angie and Mad. The behavior of the papz is the reason why Brad and Angie go into hiding. We don’t want that too soon. We won’t get a glimpse of the family and kids.
Lets just enjoy seeing them briefly and not judge them. How many of us could stand their lives and would want someone to judge our lives.
I love this family and love Angie and Brad! I think they are special because they are so down to earth and caring.

Who are these clueless and narrow minded people who insist she “make up” with her father? First, she’s tried that and it didn’t quite work. Second, there have been plenty of clues that Voight is an emotionally (at the least) abusive person. The abusive history appears to go way back to his marriage to Bertrand. Perhaps it was fuled by his substance abuse at the time (they were wild times). But I suspect it is more just his basic character. He also seems like a bully. That is not a healthy influence to expose your children to. Abusive people move from one target to another. It’s not just Angie now but her children who may be subject to whatever it is she is trying to keep out of her life.
The adult reaction to a pattern of parental abuse is to cut it off and not allow it back into her life and certainly not allow it into the lives of her children. Some things - some people - never change. The childlike reaction to parental abuse is to keep chasing the dream of trying to win that parent’s love and approval when nothing you ever do will achieve that. The pattern has to be broken and having children to protect can be a strong motivating factor in finally ending it. If having Voight in her life simply causes stress and pain and constant concern that he will revert to his old ways - this time with her children - then not only would it be stupid to allow it again, it would be wrong. Families come in all patterns and dysfunctions. People need to stop thinking they know what is best for other people. They do not.

Angelina-haters are so quick to judge the Jolie-Pitts on everything they do or don’t do. The fact is we don’t know what it’s like to live under constant scrutiny and the pressures of being a Jolie-Pitt. Poor Maddox is almost 6 and I’m sure he is more aware of things around him now than when he was in Z’s or Shiloh’s age. Haters leave the kids alone!
My kids are always a little “off” the first few days when we fly from Europe to the States, but they love traveling and I have never been acussed by anyone that I am a bad parent for traveling a lot with my kids. PS I am from Norway and I resent someone speaking for the whole nations opinion on Angelina or anyone else for that matter.
I think they will always travel and the kids will always be where brad & Angie is filming just to piss you off HATERS ..LMAO!!

Poor Maddox, he probably misses his family vacation. He’s also probably annoyed about the paparazzi. Angelina looks stunning with those boots (but in that weather?). I love her shoes and bag too!

Mrs. Beck takes good care of her three boys and they look healthy and happy. she doesnt put them infront of cameras as much as Jolie does. hahahaha!

The reason you don’t see Mrs Becks’ children that much is because children are not allowed are those functions that she’s always seen in - fashion shows, parties, clubs and non family friendly places.
