Jennifer Aniston Under New ‘Management’
Jennifer Aniston is set to start in a new romantic comedy with Steve Zahn called Management
According to Variety, “Aniston will play a traveling saleswoman who sells cheap art to small companies and motels. She has a fling with an aimless, underachieving assistant motel manager (Zahn) at one of her stops, and he pursues her all over the U.S.”
This will be playwright-screenwriter Stephen Belber’s directing debut.

This movie doesn’t seem like it has a good premise … although maybe it will be okay, let’s wait and see. But I wonder how come Jennifer can’t seem to come up with better leading men … I mean, Sandra Bullock, Kate Hudson and Drew Barrymore, three ladies who specialize in rom-coms, get A-list, top of the line leading men without being overshadowed themselves, such as Keanu Reeves, Owen Wilson, Hugh Grant and Eric Bana. With Jennifer, it’s Steve Zahn, soon-to-be Peter Saarsgard and Sam Rockwell. Thank God Aaron Eckhart is beginning to make a name for himself via No Reservations and Thank You for Smoking. But with her A-list status, Jennifer should be getting better leading men like she did before when she had Mark Wahlberg, Jim Carrey, Ben Stiller and Vince Vaughn.
Why the endless comparisons between Angelina and Jennifer? Why? They are two different people leading two different lives…and doing much more than I’ll ever do. I feel like I’m back in middle school reading all this tripe. Geez, Jennifer has a movie…good for her! Don’t know if I’ll go see it, I’ll see when the time comes. But then, I haven’t seen Angelina’s recent movie, either…in fact, I have never rented or seen one in a theater.
So anyway, good for Jen, good for Angelina, everybody else get a freakin’ life to live and quit trying to live through these people. I mean, I like to read stories about stars, which is why I’m here, but my gosh, where does all the hate come from? This is hero-worship gone looney!
To #93…I think everybody should take what they have and do more with it, not just Jen, which includes all the arm-chair critics on this board. What’s everybody on here done lately?

There’s no way Huvane would have paid you $140K. You’re either on hourly or monthly, or got paid by post.
You once told us that Huvane hired you to man the booth every time there is a thread on Aniston and to post on her behalf. Huvane understood that the majority of Jen fans are TWEENIES. So he paid you to do rebuttal.
Admit it, there’s nothing wrong to be paid by Huvane, Aniston’s publicist. After all, Jen has deep pocket and may be able to give you a raise.

People, if you want to mention “the good shepherd” which is mostly a Matt Damon’s movie, then to be fair, you should include “Shark Tale” which also starred Angie and which grossed over 160 million just in the usa alone.

I have nothing against AJ Vanessa. These trolls simply come and say this and that w/o corroborating the figures. All i stated was both donot have box office clout. Their hits were all with big names. so you cant just say one is a box office poison and other is gold. In fact i consider AJ as a terrific dramatic actress and I do like JA for her romcoms because she excels in it. Just like comedy is not AJ’s forte drama is not Jen’s.how hard they try they are going to look mediocre at best. Even great Julianne Moore and Nicole Kidman who are terrific dramatic actresses have failed in comedy. So you cant be good at everything!

I have never seen a pic of Jen holding her goddaughter (CC’s daughter). To all the Jen fans, please do your homework, it would be nice to see one. I’m not sure whether Jen really loves kids to the point of wanting to have kids. Time will tell if I’m right. Actually, after 35, eggs are decreasing. She might have to adopt. But it’s her choice to make. As for this movie, we’ll see what the critics say.

I think there was also a time at the show Live! With Regis and Kelly where they ask if Jennifer babysat Coco, her goddaughter, and she was horrified at even being asked. She snapped at Regis and Kelly, “I am not a babysitter”. Sorry I don’t have the link but this was discussed in detail a while back.

As Vanessa said, you seem to be very bitter. Why must you be so personal in your comments? You pretend to be affronted that anyone should comment on your idol’s personal life. You conveniently forget that she put it out there for everyone to comment on. It’s part of being a public persona. Your life is on display for the whole world to see. If she can’t deal with it, she should stop paying Huvane to grab every single opportunity to get her name and face in the tabloids, even if it means selling fabricated stories like the non-existent adoption to one tabloid (OK) and then denying it in another tabloid (US). She wants to be famous on her own terms but it doesn’t work like that. She can’t have it both ways, and neither can you.
