Beckham Benched Again
L.A. Galaxy midfielder David Beckham officially announced at a press conference on Saturday that he will not be playing in the soccer match against Toronto FC on Sunday.
Beckshas been out of commission with an ankle injury but was at practice early today, icing his sore spots.
Some 20,500 sports fans with tickets are going to be disappointed!
But there is some hope. Galaxy coach Frank Yallop was a little ambiguous and said will “probably not” play. “We’ll see,” he said. “He’s still pretty sore.”

i don’t understand why ppl love his, and his wife! “the beckhams take a cofee” “the beckhams go to do shooping” “the beckhams”…david beckham is good, but he’s not the best soccer in the world, maybe he was but now, he isn’t, he’s just good.
Why is Hollyood interested in him? He’s a sports star for pete’s sake! He’s better off on ESPN where he belongs. New York Yankees Alex Rodriguez is much more handsome and he just hit his 300th homerun but I don’t see Entertainment Tonight talking about him.
Injury Faker he is
He’s gone to the US for the money, not the love of the sport. Him and his awful wife are greedy, they have lots of money already but they want more, and they want to be the top celebrity couple in the US.
Becks is full of sh*t, he’s a faker pure and simple. No one in Europe wanted him.
PLEASE DONT LET THESE TWO PARASITES COME BACK TO ENGLAND
