Angelina Jolie Works Chicago
Angelina Jolie is in Chicago filming her latest crime action thriller Wanted with Morgan Freeman and James McAvoy, according to the Chicago Sun Times. This shoot is the final leg of filming and is expected to last just three weeks.
To avoid a media frenzy every day, a source close to the actress indicated ”most of her meals will likely be taken on set in her trailer, or back in her hotel suite.”
Angie has five bodyguards protecting her and was seen making her way up to The John Hancock Center, in the heart of Chi-town’s Magnificent Mile, en route to eat at the Signature Room.
No word yet on whether main man Brad Pitt and the kids are in town.
Yesterday, the family was in Santa Barbara celebrating Maddox’s 6th birthday… army-style. Brad was seen with a helmet on while Angie and Zahara had paint smeared on their faces. It was a little boy’s paradise with military uniforms, dirt bikes, 4-wheelers and military-style tents.

The connection with all of the media hype must be Brad. X was never in the media’s eye so much until she hooked up with Brad. Angie has always gotten the media’s eye but they did not hound her as they do now. She could travel and go shopping without difficulty. There are several pics of her out shopping with BBT and his kids. Also with her and Maddox out and about. Now add Brad; her life because a nightmare. Constant watching. I will be happy when they can have a life without all of the media constantly watching them and making up lies. Don’t know when it will happen. Proabably when X finally gets a relationship and becomes hopefulyy “happy”(if possible).
All in all, Brad and Angie do not let the outside world affect their lives and their family. They have to have a strong bound in order to keep their relationship together. I really admire them; the birthday party is an example of how much fun they are and how they are truly a family and how much they love one another and their kids. They do not put on a front and do not flash designer clothes when they are away from the cameras.
I recall reading in “Parade” magazine when one of the readers asked about the story about Jane Pitt and the “X”; the reply was that “X” stated that she had moved on but that Angie was making a big deal about it and was very angry. Of course, this is not true! Angie does not care. Her focus is on her family and Brad. If she paid attention to this mess; her relationship with Brad would be over and her life with her kids would be a mess. Matt Damon and George C. said they both admired Angie and Brad in how they can keep it together and not let the outside world and media affect their life.
I admire them so much and sorry their party was invaded by the papz but it allows their fans to see that they are happy and a normal family. It really makes they even more dear to our hearts. They are a perfect match together!
Tell us what’s the scoop now?

Westerns that shoot from the hip
By Andrew O’Hagan
Last Updated: 12:01am BST 31/07/2007
You can always tell when America is having doubts about itself: it starts producing westerns.
That these new films are cowboy pictures will not surprise anybody who has long admired westerns as America’s great national art form, for they have always tended to show a greatly imaginative nation contemplating its own moral character.
What’s new? Keen cowboy aficionados will, in any event, be able again to contemplate the mood of the nation next month when The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford, starring Brad Pitt, opens at the Venice Film Festival.
My spies in them thar hills say that Brad Pitt will remind those of us who adore westerns just why we adore them. He is purported to show us a Jesse James who is both baddie and goodie - reckless and handsome, Irish and American, capable of great gentleness and horrid brutality.

I’m glad to know that it was you who posted the initial story about Today. Sadly, some loser calling itself ‘Today Show’ probably saw your initial post and decided to embellish it in the hopes of causing trouble.
But then again, micro seems pretty convinced that no such segment aired, so…
My post from IMDB was from the messageboard. The topic of the thread was if there were any sightings in Chicago and I posted what the most recent person wrote. He thinks that the filming in Chicago is over because of what Common said in his interviews. IMDB has the film in postproduction status, but like we all know, take with a grain of salt. Angelina could be there now.
They are filming in the Wrigleyville area tonight(8/8) thru tomorrow night and sheffield between addison and belmont. There are several no parking zones and they already had some of the electrical on sheffield and cornelia…don’t know who is filming but I may have to check it out tonight.
There were flyers on my door about the parking over the weekend
so, the post production note may be wrong or perhaps they had to do some additional scenes…I hope I see some stars tonight. I’ll make sure my camera is charged up.

It sounded silly. Anyway I happy to report that I can write for EA. I got an invite I guess because of all the people who liked my fanfics here they invited me. The new site looks great and all the stories are amazing. I have some fire under me for sure now. So I have got to finish my latest story on Mad’s b-day celebration, which looked like a blast didn’t it. I am still gonna post on my blog though. Well I be a little later with the finished product. :)
Hiya Frenchy— I’ve been back for a few days. I’m glad to see everyone still posting but sad to see nothing has changed re trolls “lol”
No offense taken are you kidding I know you . I also know what you mean though and we know they get alot of ideas from here. It was the regulars trying to figure out who was who, moi included. How are you?

From imdb
I saw James McAvoy yesterday and asked him if he was here for the movie and he said “Yes!” - I wanted to ask him if he was doing films with Angelina because she is the one I really want to hang out with! Does anyone know where they are filming?
She wasn’t due in Chicago until the 8th so she should be there or en route now. I don’t think she actually has much left to shoot so she should only be there several days. The Chicago ending of the shoot is only 3 weeks long and they’ve already completed a few days of the first week.

US: Sudan must accept non-African troops By MATTHEW LEE, Associated Press Writer
1 hour, 41 minutes ago
WASHINGTON - Sudan will have to accept non-African troops in a U.N.-authorized peacekeeping force for Darfur or face the prospect of new United Nations sanctions, a senior U.S. official said Tuesday.
Although efforts will be made to ensure that Africa contributes a large percentage of the 26,000-strong mission, the continent does not have enough trained soldiers to fully staff the force and Sudan will be penalized unless it drops objections to non-African participation, said Andrew Natsios, the U.S. special envoy for Sudan.
President Bush has made ending the Darfur conflict a U.S. foreign policy priority but the United States is reluctant to provide troops itself for the force, given military commitments in Iraq and Afghanistan. Instead, Washington is likely to contribute logistics and transportation to the mission.
Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice in June ordered U.S. ambassadors to ask their host countries to contribute to the hybrid force, Natsios said.
“We are going to try … to recruit from Africa, but it’s very clear from already talking to African leaders and African militaries that there are not enough African troops who are trained for peacekeeping operations to make up this force,” he told reporters in a conference call. “We are going to have to go outside of Africa.”
The Sudanese government is adamantly opposed to non-Africans playing any major role in the hybrid U.N.-African Union operation that was authorized by the U.N. Security Council on July 31 and will be made up of 20,000 peacekeepers and 6,000 civilian police.
Disagreements over the composition of the mission were a major reason the authorization was delayed for months despite mounting pressure on Khartoum to accept it to help end nearly four years of internal conflict in which more than 200,000 people have died and 2.5 million have been displaced.
Natsios, however, said that in finally agreeing to the mission, Khartoum had opened the door to non-African participation, although he stressed that in accordance with Sudan’s demands command of the force had been given to a senior Nigerian general.
“We expect the Sudanese government to implement what they have agreed to, which is if we can’t get sufficient trained troops, we will go outside of Africa, which I have to say I expect will happen,” he said, warning of consequences if Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir’s government balks.
“If there is an attempt to renegotiate what was negotiated already with the Sudanese government, then we will introduce a sanctions resolution before the U.N,” Natsios said.
It was not immediately clear how many non-African troops and police would be required to fully staff the hybrid mission but there are now 7,000 African personnel in the A.U. mission in Darfur, most of which are expected to stay on after its command changes on or before a Dec. 31 deadline.
Nigeria and Rwanda have offered to deploy another battalion each, about 1,600 troops total, and at least four other African nations have said they are considering sending soldiers, according to U.S. and U.N. officials. Still, they note, more contributions will be needed.
Among the suggestions to make up the shortfall in a way least objectionable to the Sudanese is to ask Muslim nations such as Bangladesh, Indonesia and Pakistan that have contributed peacekeepers to other U.N. missions in the past for help, the officials said.

I’m the only who thinks that angelina doesn’t give a **** if Jane Pitt loves Aniston more? If anything she laughs of the situation.
++++++++++++++
No, you’re not alone. I think if Angie cared…Jane wouldn’t be visiting PUBLICLY with X. I also think that if BRAD cared…Jane wouldn’t be visiting with the X, period, publicly or privately. As others have pointed out - Jane also kept in contact with Putrid after the break-up…and Putrid cheated like a mofo. Brad works on the principle that when he’s done, he’s done - his family can do what they want as long as they don’t expect him to change his mind or go back to a situation he couldn’t live with anymore. Overall I’d say Brad doesn’t give a rat’s ass about X or Putrid, therefore his mother can talk to them all she wants because it has nothing to do with him anymore.

===============================================================
Thanks for posting the updated information.
s.r. - I didn’t answer cause this is not my life. Fine to be a fan, but some of this is taken to a whole new level. You slam people who do not agree with you. To the same people you say “how do you know what goes on in their day to day” (mind you in the poorest of written English) and then
have the nerve to call people fat, fug, haters, Maniston lovers…
Um, do you know who you are talking to when you right this?
Could the same comment be applicable to you? You do not know the poster, yet you slam them. Some of you should look into Scientology, they feed off this type of worship.
the only GOOD thing about a Hater planting a FALSE story; is that this shows how FALSE rumors get started!! And if a DUMB Hater can do this… just imagine the LIES that the Tabloids say??
But the next time… PLEASE fellow BAMPZS fans IGNORE this Haters!! They just want a reaction!! So IGNORE them!!
Do you really think it’s a coincendence that the photogs were there for the b-day party. Everything comes up roses when they are around.
well, back to reality (u should check it out). you people seriously amuse me.
thanks.
