Kevin left the band more than 1 year ago. in June 2006

I used to like BSB but um, isn’t it time they drop the “boy” part. They’re more like men. I hate to say it but those ballads are going to be harder to pull off as sexy and adorable when your target audience (the tween) considers 30-something to be middle age. It’s a sad day when even JT from N’SYNC is WAY ahead of you.

I think Kevin had the right idea.

Once a bsb fan…always a bsb fan. i dont listen to their music everyday like i used to when i was 10, but hey i bust out their cd’s every once in a while. i think brian has an amazing voice.

What’s wrong with still liking boys bands? absoluty nothing.. the only reason why people don’t like them is because there not in and everyone usally follows the in crowd whihc is said.

is anyone embrassed to still like the Beach boys .. or Beatles etc.. no because that’s some people kind of music no matter how old you get. you should never be ebrassed to like music you grew up with .. no matter if it’s still in or not..

I love Brian Littrell’s voice- always have. And the BSB sound has always been so pure and strong. I think that they will have some good success. You can never shut down time square twice in one lifetime, and i’m sure they’re thankful for those days. i think they just truly enjoy making music. :)

Go BSB! I still have my shirt from 8th grade. People like it- it’s “vintage”.

They can’t stop the aging process but as long as their voices don’t change it’s all good. I agree they need to drop the “Boy.” Backstreet sounds fine by itself.

I don’t think their “target” audience is the tweens anymore. I think they will be more than happy with the adult contemporary audience. They would be fools to put themselves up against most of the crap that is topping the charts right now. Not because they can’t compete but because why bother? There is no reason the Boys can’t have a hardy career just making good music. I can’t wait to see them on tour!

i dont see anything wrong with the name backstreet boys. whats the big deal? beastie BOYS, beach BOYS, spice GIRLS?! obviously they aren’t boys anymore, i think they should just keep their name the same, these other groups haven’t changed theirs.

I can’t wait til this cd, I heard three of the songs and I loved them all. And for all you people asking if they still have fans yes they do, they still have millions of fans, sure the fans grew up but so did the guys and their music. I’ve loved bsb since they first came out and i’m not ashamed to admit it..they were the first concert i ever went to. i think the reason why so many of their fans still love them is not just because of their music but because we grew up with them, do u remember the excitement u felt waiting for them to appear onstage at one of their concerts, or screaming their songs so loud with your friends that you had no voice by the end of the night? they were such a big part of our childhood and even just thinking back on some of the memories puts a smile on my face, that’s why to their true fans, they are still something special to us, i’m sure if u ask your parents who their favorite band was they would say something like the beatles or the rolling stones, and i guarantee those bands still hold a special place in their heart for the same reason the backstreet boys are so special to us. It’s not about a fad that was in and now is out, and their true fans know that…and as long as bsb are still making music then i will still be supporting them

why pick inconsolable to be the first single to be launched out of all the other leaked songs i think ‘any other way’ was much better it sounded funkny and more of this time and ‘happily nerver after’ such a beatiful song had much better sound to it than inconsolable. they covered ‘helpless when she smles’ a bastian ragaas track probably the first time they did that sounded great. i believe that from what i’ve heard pof all the leaked song from there new album inconsolable is not the right way to relaunch them selves as a quartet.

It’s good to see BSB back I love them. They got their own style and their songs remain always unique. They become much more mature but still looking awesome and gorgeous dude!! Im pretty sure that their fans waiting much for their comeback. They are just an unforgettable boysband. I really miss Kevin though.He was the sexiest among them all. It’s a shame he left.

Ya’ll are a bunch of haters!!! another flop album my a*s!!! they lost a member of the group of course something had to change even though nothin really has. PLUS, ya’ll are acting like they are 45 years old!! Brian and AJ just broke 30 in the last 2 years!! so all you people out there hating on the “boys” are just mad because they are still doing their thing and you still sitting at home!!! i did not even like them until they released Never Gone so they are still gaining fans. BSB, i love their songs. Each song has story. Sometimes it’s funny, the other times it’s full of sadness . In their latest album, Helpless When She Smiles is one of my favourite. Viva BSB!!!!!!!!!!!

All you nay sayers need to go away. Give them a break. They’re still playing music from the seventies and everyone loves it. I have grown up too and these men have done a great job and are really talented. I am so glad they are back and hope they are around for a long time. I can’t wait for the release of their new album.
