Donwload Backstreet Boys’ “Inconsolable”
The empty shoes are gone!!
Backstreet Boys will debut their new single “Inconsolable” on NYC’s radio station Z-100 @ 6PM today during the Romeo on the Radio Show. “Inconsolable” is the first single from the group’s forthcoming album slated for release on October 30, 2007.
Kevin Richardson is no longer with the group but Nick Carter, Brian Littrell, Howie Dorough and AJ McLean are marching on!

O_o Brian’s got a comb over! I can see him in that pic thinking “I wish I had Nick’s hair.” LOL It’s alright b-rock I still love you best. They can’t stop the aging process but as long as their voices don’t change it’s all good. I agree they need to drop the “Boy.” Backstreet sounds fine by itself.

I don’t think their “target” audience is the tweens anymore. I think they will be more than happy with the adult contemporary audience. They would be fools to put themselves up against most of the crap that is topping the charts right now. Not because they can’t compete but because why bother? There is no reason the Boys can’t have a hardy career just making good music. I can’t wait to see them on tour!

i dont see anything wrong with the name backstreet boys. whats the big deal? beastie BOYS, beach BOYS, spice GIRLS?! obviously they aren’t boys anymore, i think they should just keep their name the same, these other groups haven’t changed theirs.

When are people going to get it through their heads that THEY DON’T GIVE A S*** THAT BOY BANDS ARE OVER! Drop the ignorance. Just because they came from the “boy band” era doesn’t mean they’re not allowed to make anymore music once it’s over. Who says that just because the others are gone that they should be? Is there a rule book of something? It’s not like they are trying to have the same success they did back then. They still love making music, and they still have a strong fanbase.
Plus it’s not like they are coming back with the same bubble gum pop from the nineties and clogging up the ariwaves with it. So what’s the problem?

I can’t wait til this cd, I heard three of the songs and I loved them all. And for all you people asking if they still have fans yes they do, they still have millions of fans, sure the fans grew up but so did the guys and their music. Melanie i couldn’t have put it better myself….i hate how everyone thinks they should have just vanished into thin air just because the “boy band” era is over, i think they should be looked at as five talented singers that are still making music after having years of success, they are singers just like everyone else in the music business and they have a right to still be around. They outlasted all of the bands that were around when they were, 98 degrees, spice girls, five, n sync, the list goes on, doesn’t that tell people something? they’re not just a fad from years ago, their true fans that supported them in the past still support them today, regardless of what age they are, and i think they’ll gain a lot of new fans as well…and for the people that come on here saying that their songs are too manufactured and “packaged”…well i think that’s ridiculous, they sing songs with sincere, beautiful lyrics, and it’s a hell of a lot better than some of the crap that is put out today, people singing about sex and how much money they have. Atleast the backstreet boys have always been true to who they are, even with so many artists turning to sex to sell afew more albums, the backstreet boys have grown but have never tried to change who they are, and they certainly aren’t going to just cuz a few ingnorant people want to bash them for no reason..they have a huge fan base and always will.
God thanx they´re back, as they used to say Backstreet´s back “alright”, I hope that Kevin get back, but Brian, Howie, A.J. and Nick are doing it really good, “inconsolable” is amazing,ite left me speechless, I´m sure they will have succes with this album. Bye and “Keep the backstreet pride alive”.
I’ve loved bsb since they first came out, and i’m not ashamed to admit it, they were the first concert i ever went to, that’s why i think so many of their fans still love them, not just because of their music, but because we grew up with them, just think of all the excitment u felt waiting for them to appear on stage at one of their concerts, and screaming their songs so loud with your friends until u had no voice at the end of the night. Even though their fans back then have grown up, the backstreet boys still are something special to us because they were such a big part of our childhood and even just thinking of all the good memories puts a smile on my face…..i’m sure if u ask your parents what their favorite band is they would say something like the beatles or the rolling stones for the same reason…i can’t wait to hear the new album and i thank bsb for so many amazing memories!! We love u!!!

Why’s with all the haters? Anyway…I am glad BSB is back! They are already a classic band that everybody knows (seriously). Yes, they won’t do as well as in the 90’s, but their music has improved and their songs have lyrics that actually mean something (unlike all the hip hop / rap craps today). Stop with all the comments about BSB should stop making music just because the boyband era died! BSB is not a “boyband” anymore, and even if they are, it doesn’t necessarily mean “boyband” is not welcome anymore - I know Europe and Asia are still very much into Pop music…yes, “boyband” died in the United States, but there are still hundred of countries out there people…BSB is not just producing music for the states, they are producing for the World. Face it people, BSB will be indeed “Never Gone”…I am sure hundred years from now, they will still play “I Want It That Way”..seriously LOL
