Angelina and Zahara go Toy Shopping!
On Wednesday, we saw Angelina Jolie on set of her latest movie Wanted.
Today Angelina takes her daughter Zahara shopping at Timeless Toys located in Chicago, Illinois. Zahara is currently two years old. Brad and Angelina’s children arrived with them in Chicago for the movie Wanted. They have four children: Maddox, 6, Zahara, 2, Shiloh, 1, and new addition Pax, 3.

Brad on jury duty?
This is going to be one hell of a mistrial.Was he picked already? If yes depends on how much time the other jury members will want to spend with Brad Pitt.

What type of lowlife calls a child ugly? I am through. I have to go. This world is falling apart right before our eyes. :( I don’t know how you sleep at night. :( Thanks for being A-hole, when this could have been a peaceful day. :( Is it because no can see you that you feel comfortable making fun of children. :( It must be. I would like to imagine that your a good person, who has been able to conceal a nasty and cold heart. :( How people must hate to see walking their way, with your cold and evil persona. :( Now I am sad.
Zahara is beautiful, all children are. Why is it that children can’t look up to adults anymore. You may be a loony toon teenager anyway. Sooooo I think I am just let this roll of my back. Cuz your a nut job, kid. If your older than me (I am 19) then you have a problem that needs to be

If you do not obey the summons to jury duty and other rules of the court during your term of service, you will be subject to contempt of court proceedings. You could also be subject to criminal prosecution that could result in a misdemeanor charge (punishable by up to a $2,000 fine and 12 months in the House of Correction).

anyone selected has to do it, its not optional, failure will result in the person being held in contempt of court, you can be excused but only if you have a valid reason because most ppl do try to get out of it, brad failed to get out of it so he has to do it.

Also if you do not show up for jury duty the Court can send the sheriff or police to pick you up in cuffs, bring you before the judge, find you in contempt of the Court, and then fine you and/or jail you. I had a friend that just ignored a jury summons, blew it off, and a deputy showed up at her job and put cuffs on her and took her to the Court. She got hit with a $1500 fine and they held her in a holding cell for 6 hours before they let her go. The judge was so angry because this was a high profile trial and she held up the whole process. Maybe people used to be able to duck out of jury duty but where I live they use your driver’s license # and they can find you. For real.

I love Zee’s personality and her take to no prison style. She lets you know whatever she is feeling and when you have worked her last nerve. I was the same way when I was a little girl and still am. LOL

Brad Pitt was just about to be called into the jury room when — hold the phone! — the lawyers in the case he was to be a part of announced they might have a plea agreement.
Brad and other potential jurors were put on hold — Brad in his own private room, others in the hallway — while lawyers hammer out details. If a plea is reached, Brad and company could be sent home or assigned to another case.

We found him! As we reported Pitt did leave on a private jet last night and went back to Los Angeles. The Boots Girls heard he may be appearing in court soon for jury duty.
TMZ just reported that Brad Pitt is due in court in an hour.
“He will move from the jury assemblyroom to one of the courtrooms where Pitt could be picked in a DUI case,” TMZ reported on it’s site.

Jury Summary
Court=Judge
Trials for civil or criminal offenses can be a bench trial, that is before a judge only, or a jury trial. A jury means that 6 to 12 people, varies by state or federal rules and whether crime is a major or minor crime or state or federal crime. Jurors are citizens who are sent notice they must report for jury duty. There are some excuses allowed such as age, illness, student, noncitizen, out of town, etc. that vary by state or federal laws, but usually people must report for jury duty at some point. Then a jury of 6 to 12 is picked for the actual trial. Jury trials can last for a day to months. If a plea bargain is reached the jury is dismissed for that trial, but may be used for another trial if needed. Some juries are chosen by social security #, some by voter registration #, some by driver’s license #. If citizens do not report for jury duty they are said to be in contempt of the Court, a bench warrant can be issued by the Court, and they can be fined or jailed when brought in by the police to the Court.

Brad Pitt is done with duty… jury duty that is. Diaper… that’s another story.
The case Brad was in line to serve on is over — the defendant pleaded “no contest” to DUI charges and potential jurors were excused for the day.
You may now return to your regularly scheduled lives. Brad has left the building.

#130: no, he wasn’t caught drinking and driving. Somebody was and it’s up to Mr. Pitt and the other jurors to decide if the guy is guilty or not (or if they’ll let the guy go free or go to jail).
Every American (even the President) has to serve jury duty when they are called to do so. To refuse is not acceptable but you can be excused if you have a really good reason (like if you’re really really sick and contagious… LOL).

The defendent sucks. I gues didn’t know Brad might be in the jury otherwise would plead something else. We could have pics of Brad in the jury but no!!!. Only because of this the defendent should go to jail!!
