OlderJennifer Lopez Gives Away Money

Singers Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony arrive to the 2007 Hollywood Foreign Press Luncheon held at the Beverly Hills Hotel on Thursday in Beverly Hills, California.
“The idea of giving grants and helping Latino programs shows that their art is alive,” said Lopez, who announced grants to inner-city mentoring programs.
President Jorge Camara said, “We’re delighted that so many celebrities and community leaders were able to be with us today for our annual installation luncheon to celebrate the Hollywood Foreign Press Association’s donations to 28 outstanding film-related charities and educational institutions.”

IMO she is a package deal, no one great talent going for her, but with good advice and good management she has had great success.
as for the movie, i hear mixed reviews, some say her performance is Oscar worthy,hey time will tell.

They didn’t give their own money away they were just presenting it.They’re so phoney!.Helping the “latino community”It would be one thing if they actually gave Money away but the only thinfg they want is the publicity for it .They did this before.After the Katrina diaster they said the would set up a fund for people who didn’t have insurance.Nothing happened.I wish these two phonies would go away and stop giving the latinos a bad name.Worthless egomanics!
