Angelina & Maddox are Not ‘Beyond Borders’
Angelina Jolie smiles at fans after picking up books and CDs at Borders Book and Music store bookstore with son Maddox, 6, on Sunday near her downtown Chicago hotel.
Motorcyclist-to-be Maddox (with a new mini-mohawk and losing all of his baby teeth) was seen with a dinosaur tattoos on his arm and wore a t-shirt by Indian Larry, a noted bike builder, stuntman, and innovator in the world of custom motorcycles.
Angie wore a thin fire engine red top, black pencil skirt and nude ballerina flats. She’s been busy filming her latest action thriller Wanted with James McAvoy and Morgan Freeman.

Hello magazine:the highlights: (to be taken with a grain of salt.)
=they say the chances of a split are “slim to none”
= what attracted brad to angie was “her sense of humour” she makes him laugh
=he was “mess” says his friend when he was with she who shall not be named
=brad keeps “somwhat abreast of whats reported from a purely analytical standpoint”
=angie prefers to remain oblivious
=they do argue like normal people about trivial matters—- “who’s responsible for making sure the kids’ cloth are packed properly for travelling”, who’s late for dinner, they say it’s brad
= they don’t care what’s written about them, as long as they’re able to protect their children
= brad told his friend “it’s too bad. And some magazines just want to sell more copies, so they make up stuff. They dont realise, or maybe they don’t care that we’re not cartoon characters. We’re really about our partners…our families…our lives. It’s ok if people want to be preoccupied with drama just so they know it’s not the truth.
Anyhoo - I mostly agree with you that Brit’s downhill slide started around the time of the quickie marriage. I actually would’ve put it all the way back to when she cheated on JT with Colin Farrell. After she crossed that line, she just through the rule book out the window and it’s been all downhill from there. I mean, really…people cheat on their SOs all the time, but stealing a pregnant woman’s man? And yet people heaped sh#t on Angie’s head when Brit and Claire Danes have both trampled a line that is supposed to bind womanhood together? There’s that old Angie double-standard again.

She and JT were over by then. He was dating Alyssa Milano and pretending to be man and she was having a fling with Colin. She cheated on JT with the NSYNC choreographer. After that it was JT who create the media hoppla with his “Cry me a River” song and video and cash in with all the rumors at that time. He used his personal live and Britney to sell his first solo record.

Guli - they’ll get back to BBT eventually. They’ve only got 4 or 5 story ideas that they rotate. They usually lump JLM and BBT together, but since it’s become obvious to OuttaTouch and L&S that there’s nothing wrong between B/A, they’re having to string their ideas out and not blow their wad in one story. We should start a pool on what they’ll say next week. If they pulled out JLM this week, then next week they should be back to “Brad wants to settle in LA, but Angie wants to live in France”.
BTW - What’s the heat like in Ohio? It’s a lovely, breezy 103 with a heat index of 111 here. Pretty sweet, huh?

The trashing of Brit is not fair, but frankly I’m glad to see them NOT treat her with kid gloves and poo-poo the situation with her while at the same time they villify Angie for things she did 5 or 10 years ago! If they’re going to harp on Angie’s mistakes and problems, then they’d better damned well expose EVERYONE the same way. BUT…what I have a problem with is the way they’re exploiting her children. That’s just low and unnecessary. But where the stars themselves are concerned, I think it’s a long time in coming. They’ve been on Angie’s case for 2 1/2 years and all she did was fall in love with a man who walked away from a bad marriage. So if for now it’s Brit feeling the heat and later on Paris, Hohan, Chestica, etc…then fine by me…but leave the kids out of it.

QQQQ - Yes, Dionne Warwick - thats the one. I have another story. This was the late eighties/early nineties - anyways, Whitney was working with Babyface and LA Reid. They were at a recording studio laying down some tracks for an upcoming album. Cant remember if its the one in LA or ATL. Anyways, she and bobby werent married at the time but they slipped away to a bathroom in the studio and GOT IT ON!! Babyface was livid. He couldnt believe that she would act that way. He was appaulled that she would do something like that - and in his recoridng studio. Alot of people, even in the industry, didnt want to beleive it. I’m your Baby Tonight was one of the hit songs. Correct me if I am wrong, but I dont think he has worked with her since.——-Now that is the extent of the only celebrity info I have in my entire life.
____ Also, even though they are divorced or about to be divorced, a majority still make it seem like its Bobby fault ie. her career, the drugs, etc. Everyone made it seem like they were glad she is getting her life on track without him. Now, I dont live in Cali anymore and and what I am about to say in my opinion. But since I know she was out there, I wouldnt be surprise to find out that she is still using.

Sisi - People WON’T trash Brit. That’s not they’re style and it wouldn’t win any fans with their core audience - the mini-van minority. People will do the same thing with Brit that they did with Hohan - write a lowball piece on how her life went wrong and the poor dear is out of control and confused and has no guidance, blah, blah, blah.

I must buy “Hello” for this statement alone. While I know it’s probably tripe…I LOVE the fact the a “source” has said he wasn’t happy with the x.
OMG who cares what the tabloids this week or next week will say? Publicists PAY not to have their clients in them. But get this FOX NEWSCHANNEL, Yes, that channel of Bill O’Reilly, Ann Coulter, and the queenyRoger Friedman, today blasted the tabloids but good. I was passing through a building that had the station on and heard a man shouting at a guest or someone that the tabloids have got to stop lying! He said something to the effect that there are lives at stake for these magazines to willy nilly just put things out there like that. THe also mentioned that the lies can be dangerous bucasue it can sway public opinion. I was like, what? Am I hearing things? Then they went to another topic. I think what triggered this conversation was something about Britney having three lovers at a time! I don’t know which tab or blog write this but it turned out that they were making it up and that set off Alan Colmes( I think that’s his name) into this tirade. It was beautiful. First the doyenne of gossip herself Liz Smith lashed out at the tabs now FOX News.
It could only be a momentary lapse before they join in the feeding frenzy of the tabloid world but it’s better than nothing. Ackowledging that it is a problem is a good step.

LOL on the Whitney comparison, 4Q! Yeah…Whitney had white people snowed (double pun not intended). And let’s face it…THAT’S who bought her sweet, innocent songbird act. People in the hood and black community knew about Whitney’s little problem long before the mainstream, ie white, media acknowledged it.
What I find to be hilarious is that back when it was Xtina vs. Brit everybody was calling Xtina names and saying she was acting like a ****, blah, blah, blah…but all the while Brit was doing the same things and everyone was like, “OH…she’s just going through a phase!” LOL! Now look at them - Xtina, poised and in control of her life; Brit, a holy fcuking nightmare.
