OlderLauren Conrad: The Hills is a Ratings Success!
Lauren Conrad (in Halo) grabs lunch with Laguna Beach’s Trey Phillips in NYC’s West Village on Tuesday as she continues to film scenes for reality TV series The Hills.
Monday’s season premiere of The Hills was a ratings smash all across the board, averaging over 3.6 million viewers.
– The Hills was the highest rated program for the night (8-11p) among P12-34 across all of cable and within its 10-11pm time period, The Hills was the most watched program among P12-34 across all of TV, even out-delivering broadcast.
– The Hills season three premiere hour was the highest rated telecast of the year-to-date for MTV, posting a 3.84 P12-34 rating; also making it the highest rated telecast of The Hills franchise.
– Premiering as two back-to-back telecasts, the 10pm episode delivered a 3.67 P12-34 while the 10:30pm telecast grew an additional 9% to average a 4.01 among P12-34.
– The season three premiere over-delivered season one’s premiere by 20% and season two’s premiere by 44% among P12-34.

Spencer is making a fool out of Heidi and is only with her because of the camera’s following her. Notice the money signs he had painted on the wall… That’s all she is to him. Heidi and Spencer deserve each other. I hope they get rid of Heidi and replace her with Lo on the show.

I watch the show because of Lauren. I don’t watch it because of Heidi and Spencer. I actually change channels when I see these douchebags on my screen. As a matter of fact I could care less if those two got hit by a bus tomorrow. Heidi should be replaced with Lo. More Lo please.
She has these so called weird expressions because guess what, they are not staged photos, they are candid shots. This is what makes her real. Love her, Team LC.
Ash, I agree with you. Don’t watch the show if you don’t like her, it’s that simple. She rocks in my book. I can’t wait for her fashion like to debut.

The red string is something to do with her anorexia therapy. She suffers from the disease when she was younger and now she wears this bracelet as a reminder.
She looks gorgeous as usual. What a lovely face.
I do fear that LC is being over exposed then their will be a backlash since this is how hollywood works. She needs to tone the spotlight off a little.

Maybe…just maybe she’s in NYC for press. She was on Regis and Kelly Monday…and did stop by MTV - ya know the little tv station that sort of produces the show she’s on… ya, that ;)
People post as hates because they want attention. They show off here but in real life they are usually shy and won’t even stand up for themselves when push comes to shove.
I really hope Trey makes an appearance on the show…if not for only 5 seconds. Would be nice.
And it is so annoying with everyone out there wanting a shot or to sell their stories/pictures. It allows for over exposure and all that overloading.
she is a pretty girl. I do not like the outfit though. good to see that all the attention has not went to her head and can hang with her old friends.
