‘High School Musical 2′ Premieres TODAY!
TODAY’S THE BIG DAY!!!!
The sing-along continues as Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale, Monique Coleman, Lucas Grabeel and Corbin Bleu all return for High School Musical 2, premiering tonight @ 8PM ET/PT on The Disney Channel.

High School Musical author Peter Barsocchini recently talked about the original movie:”The first night it aired, the texting numbers a all the major cell phone carriers went up during the movie. Kids were texting each other: ‘Turn this on,’ ‘Zac’s cute,’.”

I AM SO EXCITED, EVEN THOUGH I ALREADY WATCHED IT. BECAUSE MY COUSIN HAS DISNEY ON DEMAND.
This movie is ridiculous. Although, the only reason to watch this is definitely Zac. All this movie consists of is really bad storylines, pathetic acting, horrific singing and dancing, and a really hot cast.
Ooh! Too bad I live in Southeast Asia. I still have to wait till September 7th. What a bummer!!! :/

Why do people keep calling it The Disney Channel? It’s just plain Disney Channel. When you watch the network or look on the guide nowhere do you hear people calling it or anywhere does it say The Disney Channel, just plain Disney Channel. Next people will be calling Nickelodeon The Nickelodeon or ABC The ABC. It’s rather annoying to people who watch the network on a regular basis considering all the other bull that’s on TV these days.

The Movie is really good I wacthed like 3 times since I have Disney on Demand.
High School Musical 2 is the best! So for those who aren’t nice and simply don’t like the movie, PISS OFF! If you are an educated person you would probably just shut your pie hole and don’t post comments @ the HSM zone okay>+>!>!?! Zanessa Rockz!

I will admit it my friends and I are over 18 and we love this movie. We are all getting together tonight and watching HSM2. I cant wait! I am a huge fan of all the cast members too. Its nice to have stars my age that I can admire because they are out ******** up their lives. I dont care what you all say about me bring older and still being a fan because I know their are a TON of older HSM fans in the 18-25 age range. Thanks for posting Jared!

My daughters and I are all anxiously waiting to see “High School Musical 2″ tonight like most everyone else who posted. I think it’s great that the movie is enjoyed by people of all ages. I love the fact that this movie can entertain a variety of viewers. In my opinion that is what makes the “High School Musical” phenomenon such a huge success.

i have already watched the whole film in youtube before disney deleted it and it was amaizing.
Can’t wait to see it tonight…and I’m a 40-year old Mom!!! My kids love this movie and so do I. Sneaked and watched it On Demand…but tonight still feels like the Premiere! Planning on Pizza and Popcorn in front of the big screen…people should catch a clue and make more shows like this one…clean, entertaining, FUN!

i was expecting more of a troyella storyline like the last one but in this one it seemed like gabriella was being overshined by sharpay so it was more like troypay and i was really looking foward to the troyella/zanessa moments… i really hope they make a 3rd one and everyone signs on to it!!!!

I just saw the movie and loved it.. so much better than the frist one in my opinion…just the right amount of romance for the 2 lovebirds, nothing inappropriate for the young viewers…
Zak Efron was absolutely awesome there and that I think this role will bring him to the stars. he is very talented and I see him as a bud just starting to sprout but has already shown so many possibilities…Vanessa is so appealing, charismatic and so sweet and womanly…after seeing their energy in this movie, I can honestly see young love blossoming in the air…
Loved the HSM 2 and am going to watch it again…
