Alex Schreiber: First Pictures Out and About
New parents Naomi Watts and Liev Schreiber dine at Taverna Tony in the Malibu Country Mart on Sunday with their newborn son Alexander Schreiber, 3 1/2 weeks.
Liev, 39, and Naomi, 38, exited the restaurant separately. Earlier in the day, the couple joined Vince Vaughn and Jon Favreau at Favreau’s beachside Malibu home.
WHAT DO YOU THINK of baby Alex? Does he look more like Naomi or Liev?

Thanks for the pics Jared, but you forgot to mention that Liev had a huge verbal fight with the photogs. He even hit a paparazzo’s car. If you can’t handle being a Hollywood celeb, quit the job and go wash dishes instead. He’d be nobody without Watts! Speaking of her, she looks good and the baby’s cute!

The baby is adorable! Naomi looks great and obviously can handle the phtogs but Liev has a short fuse. He should calm down a bit before he gets in trouble. BTW, did he hurt his leg?

Their child is not a celeb … and just b/c Liev is does not mean ppl have a right to invade their every waking moment. It is not like these pictures were caught in the moment, someone stalked them until they got them.

Tara, Liev would not be nobody without Naomi Watts. He’s an accomplished stage and screen actor. Just because YOU aren’t familiar doesn’t mean he’s a nobody.
And why are we sticking up for the paparrazi? You’re okay with them stalking people in their private lives to make money off of pictures? I may look at this site, but I also realize when they cross a line.
Well said Mmmmm (9). I can remember a time (not so many years ago) when it was extremely rare to see candid pictures of the children of famous actors/celebs. in the media. The intrusion into the lives of these people is intolerable and I don’t understand why today it is considered “acceptable” for the paps to stalk them, especially when they are with their children and in this case, a tiny baby. I can quite understand Lieb’s anger and I hope that he managed to hit a couple of the photographers! BTW, Alexander is a gorgeous baby.
Alexander is sooo CUTE. I think he looks like Naomi or I thought so when I saw the first pics taken of him. His cheeks looks like Liev’s. So I don’t really know who I think he looks like.
the baby is liev from the eyes up.. they have the same forehead..
in all the pics i have seen of naomi and liev.. they never seem .. lovey dovey at all..

Cute baby. I wish they’d stop taking picture of celebrities babies though, it’s just not right. Imagine somebody walking up and taking pictures of our kids? How would be feel? I’d snap. They need to tighten his carseat straps though….it wouldn’t be safe if they were speeding away from the crazy lunatics taking their sons pictures….
He looks like his Dad. Good for Dad also for freaking out at the paps — I bet they weren’t giving them any space, and Dad rightly lashed out at them.

I notice that TMZ doesn’t mention the paparazzi harassment the couple endured, from TMZ and others, during this outing. Leave them alone!

I’m not crazy about babies this age. In another month or two he’ll start to look like what he’s going to look like. They are always so scrunched up when they are this little. He must be nice and healthy if they have him out and about. Looks like somebody’s feeding him too.
I agree completely #13. CHildren of celebs are NOT celebs they have a right to privacy. THese blogs should stop showing the children out of a sense of decency. BTW just because his name is Alexander, doesn’t mean they automatically shorten it to Alex.
Yes, but they are the kids of celebs! I bet they went to eat in a restaurant where prominent people go to. In a few years Naomi won’t be bothered by the paps anymore, because she’ll be too old to get decent roles. I bet then sh’ll beg for pap attention. Look at real stars like Cruise, Pitt etc. they are followed by paps more often and they keep their cool. Liev and Naomi should grow up or leave L.A.

it’s a disgarce! they are just getting used to being parents and they do not need this kind of hassle! a few of the paps should’ve been run over and left to die! there is no decency amongst them!
