OlderBrad Pitt Goes Global Green — Part II
Here’s the second batch of Brad Pitt pictures (Part I here) from Global Green USA’s first house project at the Holy Cross Neigborhood association project in New Orleans’s hard-hit Ninth Ward District in Louisiana.
“There’s so much of this culture here that is unlike any other city that we have,” he said. “It’s a feeling that I can’t quite explain, but I love being a part of it.”
Continued Brad, “It’s hard to find an overall victory when you see how slowly everything is still moving. And Katrina was a man-made disaster. This house is a man-made solution.”
“We knew we couldn’t bring back the families and friends that were lost, bring back the heirlooms, the pictures,” Pitt added. “But maybe, in the process of rebuilding, we could build something smarter, and create a better way of life for those people who live here.”

can exclusively tell you that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie will be hitting New York’s über-rich beach getaway for an intimate dinner to raise funds for Pitt’s work in helping rebuild Katrina-devastated New Orleans.
The soiree will be hosted by two Tribeca Film Festival cofounders, superproducer Jane Rosenthal and her businessman husband Craig Hatkoff.

Why don’t you make this a campaign that ALL CELEBS, NOT JUST BRAD WHO IS ACTUALLY DOING SOMETHING, DO THE SAME WITH THEIR PAYCHECKS? JUST THINK OF ALL THE MONEY THAT COULD BE USED IN HELPING THE GULF COAST REGION RECOVER!!
I want to add brad’s first interview with ann curry in nola, brad said that since he NOW have children he felt a responsibility to help other children because his children were very lucky, that having children change his perspective.

He is doing something worthwhile with his life and helping others. Angie has been a great influence on him. I knew he was interested in helping others before he got with Angelina, but now he’s taken his committment to a whole new level.
I respect them for all that they are doing in New Orleans. The goverment gave up and left the people stranded. This gives me hope that maybe things will ge better in New Orleans.

I like poeple doing some real social related projects on their spare time, it’s really fulfilling and rewarding. It has even a better meaning to me when those people are beautiful as beauty always give the misperception that people who are blessed with it can take it for granted, are vain and rest on it by doing mostly stuff related to vanity and appearances to cater their physique instead of their minds or doing something worth of interest like helping others.
I like that very much. My sisters and I used to do that since our teenage years for some african little projects and we actually want to launch a little program for generic medicine for poorer people to fight pandemic malaria in certain area of a big central african country. Poeple think we are models because of our frame and beauty and are always stunned that we are several times graduate, are MBA’s beholders and cater more for our intellect… that’s how we were raised…that’s something I liked from Angie : she never puts her beauty in front of everything and his humble with it. She could have easily wore the bimbo persona but she didn’t rest on her physical appearance alone and has a brain and a mind.
For people who get involved in those type of projects it really gives you a sense of reward and self fulfillment feeling so way to go papa Pitt !!! I know that happy, content feeling and that big smile of yours…that’s what fulfillment and when you sense you are trully helping others gives you : pure simple joy !

Adding his profile will bring publicity to the project and even more financial support. His contribution is more than a cheque. There will be many cheques and public awareness will be improved. Can’t beat that!

Way to go dad Brad. I am impressed by the way he has grown into this adoring father and partner,, he is just hands on and always there. He talks about his family with pride. Comparing his pictures now and those of someone who shall forever remain nameless you just cant help but see his life has meaning. It seems full as opposed to having him pictured hanging out in some beach somewhere over and over again.
I love Brad Pitt he is so effin HOTT! and pansionate and i think that is so sexy.
