Slightly OT…

Does anyone else think that the media was way easier on the Utah mine owner, who suggested resuming mining in a different part of the same mountain, despite calling off further rescue attempts for the six miners, and placing numerous people in danger during the rescue attempt (three died), than they were with Angelina during the AMH promotions?

It’s almost like the media has blacked out this dude’s comments entirely, while Angelina is thrown into the fire whenever the ‘journalists’ lagging skills and unprofessionalism slip out?

I am watching The Today Show. They had the family of one of the missing miners on. She practically called the mine owner a criminal. But, let’s see what The NY Post and Faux-News’ Fretman are going to say. They are probably going to be on the owner’s side.

This creature’s post reminds me of that dude who said ‘FCUK YOU’ to VP Cheney on live television in Katrina’s aftermath.

You know… when all of the broke-assed, traumatized people were taken to the Dome, subjected to subhuman living conditions; no bathroom facilities; dead bodies/remains that were not removed from the common areas; people being subjected to violence; families being seperated from their small children for weeks at a time, etc.

Dude was in the middle of all of the chaos and trauma, setting aside the loss of all of his possessions.

Dude was salty, to be sure.

So, creature, why don’t you wrap a taste on it? The aftermath of ‘The End’ hasn’t compromised your health, quality of life, your family, your home.

What about Katie Couric? Some guy has a new very negative book about her and since she joined CBS news the media has only trashed her left and right. It’s like everyone was looking and rooting for her to fail.

Fox news HATES hillary. Condi gets a lot of negative press too. The liberal press can’t let go of the “shoe-shopping” incident.

I expect to see more agressive bashing to Hillary Clinton in the next few months.

They are discussing on The Today show about whether dog fighting is the same as deer hunting. I think they are both despicable because they are labelled sports.

I still don’t get the fascination with Obama. The next president will be a republican for sure, at least Al Gore joins the race.

Well Freidman ain’t gonna say squat because the miners story isn’t an entertainment story.

I did see Countdown last night and Allison Stewart mentioned the story; Dan Abrams’ show followed and he promoted the live interview with the mine owner; then I saw the mine owner on CNN- this was within a four hour period.

I just don’t get why the press is giving him every opportunity to make this go away. His mine was dangerous; he didn’t take the necessary precautions to safeguard his workers; he’s only ‘committed’ to doing right by his workers and their families as long as he’s forced to; he wants to repopulate his dangerous mines with more miners.

Maybe that’s the key… groveling. Maybe if Angelina groveled more (probably twice as much as this dude’s doing), then eunichs like Freidman would be satisfied.

for me brad and angie are very good human beings. they really support charities especially those that involve uplifting people’s conditions, like what they are doing to the boys and girls in springfield.
