‘The Little Mermaid’ Musical Preview
The Little Mermaid is hitting Broadway in just a few shorts months!
Here is one of the first pictures of Sierra Boggess as Ariel (bigger picture inside). Her big break was creating the character of Christine Daae in Andrew Lloyd Webber’s The Phantom of the Opera in Las Vegas in June 2006.
The Little Mermaid begin previews November 3 at Broadway’s Lunt-Fontanne Theatre. The official opening is set for December 6.

I don’t know…Although the Little Mermaid is one of my favorite Disney movies, I just can’t see how this will transition well onto the stage. It looks like it’ll be lackluster.
I was just in Orlando for 7 days….as a mom of two kids, I guess I’ll force myself to drive to NYC to see The Little Mermaid….

They did it with The Lion King, why not The Little Mermaid!? I’d go and see it…if it comes to London! It was my favourite film when I was little! : )

Just saw it in Denver, it was much better than I thought it would be. The design sets were gorgeous, Sierra is a perfect Ariel, but Ursula Rocks!!!
