Looks like the whole family is in town!
Angelina Jolie carries daughter Zahara, 2, in one hand and her Valentino braided leather shoulder bag in the other as they make a family trip into Lee’s Art Store in New York City on Friday morning. A Jolie-Pitt family fave!
Brad Pitt was seen carrying Pax, 3, into the store in one hand and holding 6-year-old Maddox’s hand in the other. Brad was also spotted buying Maddox a hot dog from one of those NYC food carts!
Even earlier in the morning, partner Brad was seen arriving at a studio in New York City again for a reading of his latest movie.
UPDATE 1: When the Jolie-Pitts left the art store, the throngs of fans outside the store burst into applause as the family walked out.
UPDATE 2: Added pictures of Brad and Maddox creating quite the spectacle for passersby as they pick up a hot dog from a NYC street vendor.

to all “righteous” bampzs-fans, who just hopp from cruise to aniston to spears threads to criticize these people on every detail of their photo (its ok to be of opinion that for example scientology is evil, or that bottled water is not that great or wishing that britney would become so healthy to be able to seek and accept help from outside of her broken up life) but how about to just concetrate on your favorite family, where you just does not care about, that their children are grabbed all over the world, that their children, especially the youngest one was NEVER EVER seen yet with loving mother hugging her and communicating love to her, that they are mostly looking angry or sad, dont have any home and playing war games, to show all the refugees out there, how very pacifistic is their ambassador!
just because brangelina never take their children to the town and let them walk, does not mean, that other families should not do it, just because angelina never takes her youngest daughter to a walk and kuddles and hugs and smiles to her, just for sake of kuddling, hugging and smiling to a baby you love??? or just to be with her ever y possible minute she has to be with her and bond with her alone (i think this is why katie takes suri everywhere she goes and if you look at their faces - katie, suri and even tom, when he is not playing macho, there is so much empathy and love toward each other, especially in these not staged stolen pics, that its just unbelievable, that you, worshipers of a (i used to like brangelina, but they seem to be a big dream, where the reality of the unhappiness and struggle in this family comes more through in last time :-((( i am just sorry for the two youngest additions - shiloh and pax who are just not that accepted by their mom, even if i am sure, she wish she would be able to - especially shiloh, this baby looks always lost, without any emotion, lost in her little world and there is no sight, that her mother would be protective and passionate and smiling and communicating or at least looking to her face!!!!! to her, like she does with maddox and zahara, i think she is overhelmed by so much babies and is unable to bond with shiloh and pax properly…..
but as i hate tom and his scientology cult, and i hate(d) how he mesmerized and brainwashed katie and sometimes i am really worried about katies depressed looks, when she is with the little baby suri, no matter if tom is there or not (except for that stupid bath where he needed to show her who is the boss - may be katie cant swimm???), she flashes soooo much love towards that little girl and suri flashes so much happines and interest to the surroundig and soooo much security, that i am always overhelmed and happy, that at least, the mother/daughter relationship (and seems suri feels secure with her crazy dad too) between katie holmes and suri is ALIVE and GROWING stronger
so may be you should more worry about the little shiloh and pax - never saw brad hugging him or smiling when he drags him behing him going somewhere, and sorry, but shiloh is may be very ill, and they are ashamed of it, because it does not fit to the holly most beautiful world they try to communicate to the public :-((((

All of my friends here,I need your prayers.As I told you this morning,there are a lot of fires in my country that are destroying everything.For the last 2 hours there are 4 fires burning around my town.We are not in clear danger but a lot of villages in my area have burned and 15 people have lost their lives in the flames.My mother’s village is on fire right now and the people,including my grandparents,uncles and cousins are gathered in the centre of the village trying to save their lives.
My heart is crying!Please,say a a prayer for them.

guys guys I don’t know what this is all about. As a hater I said yesterday that Angie was in New York. It is her turn to babysit in the hotel! Also she will not let brad out of her site after he had an affair with her. Once a cheater always a cheater and she knows this. First: Important please do not say that Angie is pregnant she has been drinking in the last three months very openly. This child would have Fetal Alchol Syndrome if she was.

I think the fans shouldn’t have applauded them. Unless they are on the red carpet, it is just weird. I wouldn’t have done that if I saw them. I’d ask for a picture, not clap to their prescence as if they’re royalty. They’re just living their lives, and they should be respectful and not treat them as if they’re some circus.
OK, so they are with us here in NYC :) I just don’t understand why people think Angie is sick. She has never, ever been fat, and she looks fine to me. According to NL and NewYorkDaily Jennifer has found a new Brad. It’s Bradley Cooper, a 32 years old guy, and who has volunteered to play Jen’s boyfriend in the comedy “He’s just not that into you”. It is said that he’s probably Jen’s new boyfriend, as they have alot in common. They both like to run, they both have dogs, and they both starred on mediocre TV shows (”Friends” and “Alias”). Also, as Jen was formerly married to a Brad, he was formerly married to a Jennifer (Esposito) This woman left him after 5 months marriage! Poor him like poor Jen.
I was so curious and I wanted to know why and did my research. L&S and other sources wrote the following: On the wedding day Jennifer Esposito made the experience that sex with Brad(ley) was not that satisfying. The poor guy was however honest and confessed, that he was a girl, who wanted to become a man…. But that Jen couldn’t bear the truth and ran away… like our other Jen.
Brad(ly) felt sympathy with JA right away, when she told him similar story. She was a boy, but wanted to become a woman. The story about her nose job in the tabs should shifted Jens’ fans attention from the other real and much more time consuming surgery. Jen went to the surgereon for making her into a man already when she was a 13 years old boy… Since then she has been a regular patient of plastic surgery… And now she looks like a woman.

Who here has seen or met BP or AJ in person?? What was your experience like? I saw Brad at last year’s TIFF. I was among the crowd of fans who ran to the red carpet, only to be stopped by security. It was crazy, I was part of the mob that was wrestling and cursing at each other. Even when the car Brad was it left through us, we stayed on our spot, till the security told us to move to the car could get through. I was lucky enough to be in the second row of the group of fans, so I could see Brad. I was dissapointed that Angie wasn’t there.

It looks like those are hot rod cars in the thing Pax is holding. I have no idea why New Yorkers are always applauding Brad and Angelina. That always makes me laugh. I am a big fan of theirs but I don’t think I would applaud maybe just stare.

Fatherhood is a pain for Matt Damon! The actor admitted that his daughter had managed to accomplish what the CIA failed to do in three Bourne films - take out Jason Bourne.
Earlier this week, Damon, 36, pinched a nerve in his neck while feeding and holding his daughter as she slept.
“My 14-month old daughter Isabella did me in — something no killer can,” he joked to the German newspaper Bild.
Damon soldiered on through the Berlin premiere of The Bourne Ultimatum on Tuesday night, signing numerous autographs for fans who had waited to see him, and posing for many who wanted to take photographs of themselves with their hero.
But he was a no-show at the party afterwards, citing pain from his pinched nerve for his absence.
HE was sporting at least four tiny gold needles in his ear where an acupuncturist had tried to reduce his pain.
The acupuncture got Damon through the premiere, but he left the afterparty hosting duties to co-stars Edgar Ramirez and Julia Stiles.
When Damon left Berlin on Wednesday afternoon, he was reportedly a wearing neck brace.

Just hearned from other posters about fires in Greece–is it the dryness? I also read about wild fires in Sicily, too… We just came back from France and it was so cold and wet I turned the heat on… in August! Crazy climate all over… a friend visiting Shanghai said it’s in 100s (36C). Take care Meli…
Those kids must have grown so fast persolality wise. They have integrated the craziness of the paps and the people following them.
No other family generate that kind of powerful extreme reaction. It’s frigthening and those little ones seem to deal with it with mature zen and calmness.
I think their parents have made a great job at securing them because they handle all the buzz superbly and it will toughen them up. They never seem to cry or overtly frighten but just bugged at time or stunned by all the fuss. Many adults would have reacting agressively. their parents and themselves deal with it stoically and politely.
I think those children will grow outgoing and with lots of guts and personality…and they will be perfect multilinguals and brainy. Look at 6 year old mad. He handles himself like a little man and people say that he is very smiling and polite when asking a question.

Okay, so #176, what you’re saying is that it is, essentially, a photo op.
Those kids must be terrified anytime they go anywhere with the paps and people clapping and staring? God, leave them at home and go shop for them. Or better yet, you can afford to hire a personal shopper to bring things to where you live and they can choose what they want there. Why keep dragging these poor kids out into the craziness? I just read and saw pictures on the internet of the forest fires in Greece. They came after a three day record high of 104F and now they are having gale forced winds that the aircraft can’t get off the ground to help the ground forces put out the fires. It is just awlful. Lord please help the firefighters put out these fires with some rain.

I have seen both at The Good Shepherd premiere in New York. I wrote my experiences at Bradforums. It was glorious. A small but very enthusiastic crowd was waiting for Angelina and hopefully Brad. We didn’t know if he would be there. It was quite the surprise to have seen Brad accompany Angelina. They came out of police vans. Everyone was on the lookout for any limos coming down the street but it was the police van that threw everyone off. Looking back, I think it was a very smart idea. Angelina is very doll like and beautiful. Her hair is shiny and she was very skinny but in person it just comes across as very thin, not emaciated like those stupIT girls in Hollyood. Brad’s hair is the color of gold and is very handsome. I have come to the conclusion that pictures of the two of them do no service. Even seeing them in films can not compare to reality. That’s why when there are new pictures I like it but..well not like the real thing. I also think that the closest you can get to some reality picture wise are the ones in Hello magazine. Something about that photography seems realistic. In her sparkly dress she twinkles in the night. There’s more but that the meat of it.

It was the coolest thing. Also, while I was waiting outside with my friend, Paul Haggis, who was in the limo was in front of us looking at us. It was so COOL.

Why are people continuing to argue with these lost souls. About four pages were wasted on the other thread debating whether or not Aj and the children were with Brad in No. The man said it twice. I heard it. And so did anyone who wanted to hear it heard it. Yet we had haters and fans continuing to debate this senseless arugment. Why? They it was the separation argument. Everyone knows Brad and Angie have not separated. It would be on CNN and every other news channel if they had truly separated. Not the fake sh*t the tabs talk about, but truly separated announced by Brad spokeperson Cindy. All of the negativity back and forth. And I must say fans feed into the stupidity and even encourage it. Now the fans are happy. They see them together with their own eyes. That is sad. A fan is when you don’t have to see something to know or belive that it exists. Or until proven other wise that it doesn’t. Again by reliable sources. Not tabs, or liars on a blog. And the haters will now start to try and tear this sighting down. Calling it everything, except what it is. A man and his woman taking their children to an art store.
Why do people applaud? Because. It is a way of saying we are happy to see you together. We appreciate what you are trying to do to help people who are less fortunate. We like your family, your movies, you. Who knows why people suddenly burst into applause? I would rather that than some ugly fat woman holding a negative sign up in front of Angie and her children. The applauding is sweet and a tad weird. I think people realize how hard it is to be a family of that size and mobilize together to a toy store no less with small children! The ones I see are screaming and running all over the store handling every toy at eye level. The J-P kids are no different, except their parents have to deal with the paps, people staring at them and taking liberties to comment about them. I like to think that people applauded to show them support.
Brad is great asking the papz that keep distance while taking pics of the childrens .

i’m telling you, native NYers–people who LIVE in NYC–dont bust out in applause for celebs. they just don’t. MARS 2112 is in Times Square. That’s tourist central. Lee’s is on W57th which is upper midtown and central to alot of offices populated with people who commute in from NJ, CT and Long Island. They arent used to seeing celebs either and they are not NYers.
Even though people here are complimenting the applauders, I really don’t get it at all…I’ve been in NYC and no one paid attention to anybody…I think someone may have been right when they said that the people may have been tourists…I was watching Letterman not too far back and they were sending Spiderman’s into a smoothie store and it had a full open glass window facing the street traffic and no one even looked…and there was probably 30 Spiderman’s in there…if New Yorkers could ignore a bunch of guys in a Spiderman suit, why would it be any different for this family? I know they’re celebs, but was applause in order? What did they do besides go shopping and leave? Those kids must be terrified of the madness around them (a perfect reason to leave Shi at home)…when Angie had Shi the last time with Mad at the store, the people were yelling things like, “Angelina, she’s an angel from heaven.” That is beyond ridiculous…sometimes these supposed fans appear more as stalkers…I would be so wary if I was them and definitely hold those kids tight…I wouldn’t put it past some nut to try to cut off a piece of their hair or the kids or to get really forceful to touch them…poor fam can’t even shop without nonsense around them…

The prayer I offered for Meli in Greece was a prayer from the Baha’i Faith. So yes, many religions have their prayers, also the individuals no matter what their belief may be.. as long as it is sincere and from the heart. God hears everyone’s prayers. We are all children of one God.

That whole clapping thing wasn’t started in Chicago. I am gonna defend my city we wouldn’t do that. That happened in New York when Angie, Shi, and Maddox went to that same Art Shop. Now I saw both videos, yeah those people outside of Borders clapped but I don’t think half of them were from Chicago. Michigan Ave is like the tourist hang out so I am sure that wasn’t all us.

Oh absolutely ITAWU!!! That is why I think she is getting more and more accepting of security around her and the kids than she was at the time of that incident you refer to. I think that is another sign of how she defers to BP when some decisions are needed about their family.

I was going to say the same thing. I was in my shorts, t-shirt and gym shoes when I was touring Manhattan last month. These women clapping for the JPs were in business suits. Of course, as someone upthread posted, it could be folks from New Jersey or Connecticut or some other states who commute and work in NYC, and who are not used to celebs. But if they do work in NYC, wouldn’t you think they would be used to celebs by now?

People applaud because they are happy and to show appreciation. Here is one I can share which is funny and this happens every year I fly to Turkey. The flight from Chicago to Istanbul is a direct flight and it takes 11 hours, everytime we land in Istanbul or on the way back in Chicago everyone starts clapping and cheering. It is a way of showing we are happy we came here safely thanks to you pilots.
But if you think about it, the pilots are doing their job, if they didn’t well we wouldn’t be around to applaud :lol: :lol: It’s just an instict…

We can manage to post on a blog, go to work, take care of our family, fly to New York and wait for the Jolie Pitt family to come out of a art store so we can clap for them, then fly back home, go back to work, and still have time to log on and see pictures of ourselves on JustJared. Why are people continuing to argue with these lost souls. About four pages were wasted on the other thread debating whether or not Aj and the children were with Brad in No. The man said it twice. I heard it. And so did anyone who wanted to hear it heard it. Yet we had haters and fans continuing to debate this senseless arugment. Why? They it was the separation argument. Everyone knows Brad and Angie have not separated. It would be on CNN and every other news channel if they had truly separated. Not the fake sh*t the tabs talk about, but truly separated announced by Brad spokeperson Cindy. All of the negativity back and forth. And I must say fans feed into the stupidity and even encourage it. Now the fans are happy. They see them together with their own eyes. That is sad. A fan is when you don’t have to see something to know or belive that it exists. Or until proven other wise that it doesn’t. Again by reliable sources. Not tabs, or liars on a blog. And the haters will now start to try and tear this sighting down. Calling it everything, except what it is. A man and his woman taking their children to an art store.
Why do people applaud? Because. It is a way of saying we are happy to see you together. We appreciate what you are trying to do to help people who are less fortunate. We like your family, your movies, you. Who knows why people suddenly burst into applause? I would rather that than some ugly fat woman holding a negative sign up in front of Angie and her children. The bigger question is why are there so many pictures of Suri. We have not seen that many pictures of Tom’s other two kids and they are in their teens.

When I went with the kids they just wanted to have fun and do stuff they liked. All kids do. All parents just wanna be able to do stuff with their families. Why is it that if people see Brad and Angelina with their children they don’t just let them be? You see they took Shi with them on the boat and Angelina has taken Shi and Maddox to that same store. For those who cannot appreciate the genuine goodness and love shown by this very real couple all they have to do is look at the faces of all the NYkers. Take a good look, they are applauding, it is not easy to get New Yorkers to applaud for anyone.
Just viewing those pictures makes me want to applaud them.
Maybe now the Maniston gang can call of their dogs because their sabbatage tactics are not working.

Suri and her mother were seen shopping in Paris yesterday, and lil’ Suri showed more emotion than her mother has since she got married. The Paris shopping spree seemed painful for the precious Scientolotot!
While on the town, photogs spotted Suri, 1, crying when mom took a pen away from her … but as soon as the waterworks were turned on, mom caved and gave it back! No emotion, ever!!

Along with not having a 1 year old go somewhere where there are thousands upon thousands of potential toxic, sharp, or small objects (choking hazards) that she could shove in her mouth, maybe it’s a logistics thing. Maddox is 6 now and may be of height not to require a booster seat, but there are three children who are under 4 who have to be in car seats; Pax is old enough to climb into his seat and snap himself in, but he is also a 3 year old who may have other ideas; Z could also climb into her seat, although she would need assistance to fasten herself in; and Shiloh can’t climb into her seat or fasten herself in. And if that airport pic is any indication, that baby probably gets really playful or squirmy or may even throw a fit when they place her in the carseat.
I supposed that if Brad and Angelina opts to ignore these concerns and take all of the kids to the store and each of them have to grapple with these three small children, who may not necessarily be in an amiable mood, then these haters would complain that the difficulties in getting these children belted in was deliberate, for the sake of more PR.

Just imagine if we all drop what separates us by religion, race, country we are living and etc…and we all just prayed for the same thing together…just imagine all the beautiful things that would be happening all over the world.

Absolutely. I grew up with a Christian mom and a Muslim dad and believe me…at the end of the day, when mom and dad prayed…they prayed for the same thing. It’s sad that some people would rather harp on our differences instead of emabracing the similarities.
