Pitt to Paps — Back Off When Kids Are Around

Brad Pitt understands how the paparazzi game works — and now he’s trying to orchestrate an understanding when it comes to snapping him with his expanding brood.

A cool and respectful Pitt approached paps in New York yesterday as he entered an office building for a script reading, saying, “Man, you guys work hard!” He added that he’d be around the city with his children, and asked a favor of the photogs, saying, “Anything you guys can do long-lens would be much appreciated. You’re workin’ hard, you guys.” Get this guy an embassy appointment!

Brad makes it look easy to be an international superstar with manners.

Who here has seen or met BP or AJ in person?? What was your experience like? I saw Brad at last year’s TIFF. I was among the crowd of fans who ran to the red carpet, only to be stopped by security. It was crazy, I was part of the mob that was wrestling and cursing at each other. Even when the car Brad was it left through us, we stayed on our spot, till the security told us to move to the car could get through. I was lucky enough to be in the second row of the group of fans, so I could see Brad. I was dissapointed that Angie wasn’t there. If you have seen/met them, PLEASE share your story.

Okay, I kinda exagerated the cursing part. But there was this one person who was one of the fans who were behing the bars. When all the fans not behind the bars ran to the red carpet, only to be stopped by security, this woman went crazy. She started swearing at my friend and kept complaining that she waited there for hours, while all of us fans who weren’t behind the bars just came running in front of them.

that applause really gives me the creeps but then again I hate the clapping at weddings — WTF is that about. I think AJ/BP must be having constant reality check convos with Maddox about stuff like this and will have to constantly with the others as they mature if this nonsense continues. Having said that it is nice to see that Sam’s assessment of popular feeling fro AJ/BP isn’t so true.

I was just wondering if anyone else thought it might be a real bite me in the ### for Brad and Angie to do a skit on Saturday Night Live! Didn’t Demi and Ashton do a skit on there? I think that this would be a hoot especially if they did skits on the rumors and tabloidish headlines. I could be wrong but it just makes me blush at the possibility…

got to meet brad at the premier of A Mighty Heart in NYC…we shook hands, thanking me for coming…he is soft spoken.. Angie was nearby..she was very beautiful. shes got a deep sultry voice..

WOW. You’re so lucky. I was lucky enough to see him, and be on the second row of fans NOT behind the bars. I found it hilarious that fans including me ran to the front when Brad’s car arrived.

I am so jealous of you have met Brad in person. I have not seen him in person only pics and movies or tv shows. I am also very sad I cannot make his AOJJ premiere in NY. But someday I promise I will meet him in person at least once in my life time.
