OlderAngelina Jolie @ Venice Film Festival 2007
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie arrive arm-in-arm for The Assassination Of Jesse James By The Coward Robert Ford premiere in Venice during day 5 of the 64th Venice Film Festival on Sunday in Venice, Italy.
Brad recently was asked if he was ready for a fifth child. He told an Italian state TV reporter, “Yeah we’re ready.” Biological child or adoption, no one knows!
When asked about becoming a father of four so quickly, Brad added, “It’s the most fun I’ve ever had and also the biggest pain … I’ve ever experienced. I love it and can’t recommend it any more highly - although sleep is nonexistent.
“[Having four small children] makes me much more efficient because when I work, I really have to focus. I know I’ve less time to get things done. Actually, I’m quite pleased by it.”

I love Angelina’s gown! I have a shorter version which I wore to a wedding, and so I have real affection for her dress too. :) I also like how she did her hair, which is a lot more stylised and coiffed than on previous outings.

They look great despite their demanding schedules. Some actors are just twideling their thumbs waiting for the phone to ring with some casting news or looking in their mailbozex for any kind of script. When you’re an actor, the poor house is always around the corner. I hope they both do more independent type films instead of the sell out commercial ones. More edgy, unusual, artsy, intellectual type of films. Let the fanboys keep going to films like Superbad and 40 year old virgins. All this is cute but I can’t wait to see this film as I understand the cinematography is outstanding and can’t wait for The Curious Case of Benjamin Button. Kudos to Brad for choosing these proles. I for one can’t wait for Atlas Shrugged. All Angelina’s near upcoming films seem bland and commercial.
By the way did any of you all know that Leo DiCaprio was to star with Angelina in The Good Shepherd?
Robert DeNiro had a deal with Leonardo DiCaprio who was interested in playing the film’s protagonist Edward Wilson. De Niro planned to shoot the movie in the fall of 2004 but DiCaprio couldn’t do it then because he was making The Departed for Martin Scorsese. The role ultimately went to Matt Damon, who played DiCaprio’s antagonist in The Departed. Both movies were nominated for Oscars in 2007.
