Its interesting to see the combo of tattos plus that kind of dress.
I personally don´t like the dress. overall they look good.

I’m utterly amazed at both of them for all of their humanitarian works combined in the past 3 years. They also are just beyond words the most gorgeous couple around town and around the world. I am inspired by each of them and understand their purpose and want to emulate what they do on a local scale as they do on a global one!

I am getting excited. I am thinking already that Angelina might be coming too in Toronto. Hope so. If they stay in Europe for few more days then they will surely be coming in Toronto & then proceed to New York after since it is only 50 minutes by plane.

If the family ever go here, there are good stuff for kids to enjoy. The Ontario Science Centre has excellent exhibits for children. Also, there is an animatronics of Dinosaurs at the Toronto Zoo & another dinosaur bone exhibit at Royal Ontario Museum.

So they are here in venice, then they go to france for that other film festival, then to toronto for that film festival=== all within a week. why do they have to drag the kids all over for nothing? Thank for that great pix. Like I said before here Brad has his hand on her arm, he is always in some kind of contact with her body, always. Angelina does the same to him. They like to be and are in direct contact with each other if at all possible. These’s a sense of a really deep connection going on between these two, a firm bond in place.

I think that this film will actually do quite well at the box office - a western with a new spin on the great story of Jesse James, and the world’s biggest film star in the lead. Not to mention coming out in late September. When they do the re-release of AMH later this fall it will do quite well too. Can’t wait for awards season and a possible baby bump! sigh…

He sure is Coal, he has waited a long time to be a dad, and he is finally one 4 times over and more to come and to finally find a woman, who loves him for who he is and support him in every way possible, and he finds that woman in Angie. I am so happy for that man, actually I am so damn happy for both of them. They truly are meant for each other.

To those haters who try to use B&A’s children as a excuse to bad mouth them I wonder what you would have said if they had left their children in the US. B&A never leave their children behind when they are both out of the country. For the TIFF I think they will make an exception the children will stay in NY with their grandparents. It is only a short flight (less than an hour to NY from Toronto (my hometown) and Maddox Pax and Z should be starting school soon so they may not bring them along this time. (That is if miss Z allows it)

Just notice one more thing about that dress. I do a bit of sewing and I have to say, Angelina’s dress is a beautifully cut and constructed piece. Every little dart will show up as a heavy line on the lace. Notice how there are NO DARTS where the boobs are. It’s very difficult to shape and fit a piece of fabric over the boobs (unless you are flat chested) without darts and not have pieces of fabric sticking out. You essentially need to shape a cone to cup the boobs. Try doing it on a piece of tissue paper and you’ll see what I mean.

Same with the skirt as it falls from the empire line. Looking at the drape of that lace fabric, the lace looks like it was cut on the bias. I remember reading that Edith whats her name (can never remember names) the great hollywood costume designer, loved to cut her evening gowns for the stars on a bias because it gives such beautiful drape and movement to the wearer, but it shows off every curve (or lump!!!).

Alexanderina - me too! I swear I’ve got a happy buzz just from all the pics and the vid today… and I’ve never been the type of person to really be a ‘fan’ of anyone, or any thing, quite like this. Totally loved Duran Duran when I was 13, in the way that a 13 year old does, but that’s about it.

Last weekend Angelina was photographed having a day of fun with her kids in Central Park. One photograph reveled a new addition to her body art. It’s of roman numerals. “V- MCMXL.” It’s located next to the “XIII” tattoo Jolie got several years ago. Put together it reads XIII-V-MCMXL. A very crafty fan did some research and found out that it might be a reference to … Winston Churchill. The numbers read out to be 13 / 05 /1940, the date of Churchill’s famous Blood, Toil, Tears, and Sweat speech.

Now, I know you’re thinking, Winston Churchill? Really? Angelina Jolie and Winston Churchill?

Coal same here, I was never big into following celebrities, but when I saw Angie in Gia, I started following her career, she was the first. I wasn’t a Brad’s fan until I saw him in Legend Of The Falls and I was like WOW lol; but when I was in High School I was more interested in Heavy Metal and Jon Bon Jovi thought some of the guys in those bands were hot lol. Now, the only celebrities I really follow and truly admire are Brad and Angie, gosh they do so much outside of HW, they are not the typical HW stars.

The materials used at Angelina dress seemed not ordinarily use to gowns that’s why some people are not used to it. But if we see more of it on a regular basis at the red carpet I am sure it will make a splash. See the thing about Angie is , she is drop dead gorgeous, so she can fly back and forth across the atlantic , take care of four little kids, have super hot sex with Brad and attend a Worls Class Premier in a span of 3 days and look absolutely STUNNING and relaxed. even Brad looks a little tired , good but tired :) . And I’m thinking she would do it no matter what just to be with him and the kids cause that’s just who she is. ‘pointless’ - they were losing sleep long before Pax came along. First with Maddox, who was about 6 months when Angie first got him, then the same with Zahara, and certainly with their newborn Shiloh. If I recall correctly, Pax wanted to sleep in the same bed with Angie for the first week or two. If anything, he might be likely to crawl in with big bro Maddox. They haven’t had any difficulties that we know of, that they didn’t face with Zahara or Maddox first. In fact, Zee was very ill when they got her and more cause for lost sleep at that time. What have they done above and beyond what they did when Maddox and Zahara first came along? Can you name anything?

Everyone here is free to express their opinion, such as “I don’t like Angie’s dress”, but what you’re trying to float is along the lines of saying that the sky is purple when anyone who isn’t colour blind knows that it is blue and we have been given scientific reasoning of WHY it is blue. I think it is just a bit too big or gappy and that it is vintage haute couture and not made specifically for Angelina — do you have an opinion on this?

hi kansas city girl, As you know, Bias cuts are very very difficult to manage, compared with what I call the straight cut along the length of the fabric. A bias cut is cut 45 degress to the length and the reason why the fabric drapes and has beautiful motion, is because the fabric is naturally more stretchy when you do that.

However, the problem with the stretchiness is that the piece of fabric could lose its some of its precise shape along the cut edges. My mother used to be a good tailor, (she learnt from my grandma who sewed professionaly and helped support her family that way).

My mom told me that a cheongsam looks beautiful cut along the bias but, if you cut on the bias, you have to instantly stitch the cloth along the cut so that it doesn’t stretch out of shape. The stitching on the bias edge gives that cut edge support or reinforcements, so to speak. This is both time consuming and difficult to do because according to my mom, its best done laying the fabric flat on a table and stitching by hand. My mom was talking about normal fabrics, silks etc for cheongsams.

My guess is, with lace, it is many more times more difficult to get a bias cut perfectly right on lace because not all the threads on the lace are fully interconnected, unlike a normal piece of cloth. So, I think the gappy bit at the back, may be because that bit of the fabric has lost a bit of shape once it is worn because when you are getting in and out of the car etc, you may inadvertantly stretch the fabric. Of course, you may be right and this is a vintage piece. What ever it is, the dress is a truly beautiful piece of craftsmanship.

someone mentioned that the fabric is not available to normal human beings. She is right. To cut along the bias you are cutting at a 45 degrees to the length and so, you are limited by the width of the cloth. Therefore, for a long dress, without having any connecting pieces to lengthen the individual pieces, you need to have a very WIDE piece of cloth or else you can’t get the length. These special fabrics are created specially for haute couture and not for the likes of us who can’t pay a few hundred dollars for a meter..

There could be many reasons, I think it is Brads night, yet the focus is Angelina. Her star shines brighter than Brad at this point. I hope they remain strong and all is well. I think it takes a hell of a man to be with Angelina, while trying to maintain self. I think I get what Billy Bob said that he felt small next to her.

The Iraqi refugees’ pictures must still be fresh on her mind. Attending this red carpet function must have given her some feelings of “the have and have not”.

Angie is the woman who works hard. She spends time with her children, instead of what most of the stars spending time on the spa, nails, hair, and all those pampering things before attending the red carpet. That’s why I respect and love Angie so much.

I just pray that God will deal with those tabloids who write lies on them.

Some of ya’ll are HILARIOUS!!! These pics are similar to the AMH premieres in NY and Cannes etc…there is nothing unique or telling about them that indicates anything OTHER than two people in a relationship posing for pictures. I’ve seen the ones above as well as ones from other sites and they appear to be happy. If they had went the other direction and where kissing and groping each other I might think they were trying to ’sell’ something but they acted as they always have (in both pics and video). Short of them holding a press conference where they itemize their reasons for happiness with each other, there is nothing more they can do…people are going to keep ’speculating’, meanwhile, they’ll live their lives and work on that tie-breaker (5th child).

According to some of you tards’ she wasn’t even going to Venice, let alone walking the carpet with him. Just because you PREFER they not be together isn’t going to make it so LOL…the funny thing is they’ve been given less than 6 months since they got together and so many other couples have come and gone during that span. Maybe some of you photo/body language experts should analyze more celeb couples other than Brangelina. Your failing miserably at predicting their demise and need to spread your ‘talent’ around :)

Anybody, whether they are veterans or not, attending these red carpet functions require work, time, and is no doubt STRESSFUL.

Isnt it stressful that you are EXPECTED to look good, to stand a certain way and to smile for all those photogs? I dont know about you. I feel more comfortable dressing down.

Angie looks good. I love both of them. I’m glad they found each other. May God protect and shower them with much much blessings.
