Brad worked the photocall for The Assassination Of Jesse James By The Coward Robert Ford in a light herringbone suit and aviator shades during day 5 of the 64th Venice Film Festival on Sunday in Venice, Italy. The world premiere of his new western will take place later today.
Variety is giving the film two big thumbs up: “At least as conceived here, Jesse James is the biggest celebrity in the land, and Pitt generously endows the character with the droit de signeur he switches on at will. Thesp emphasizes Jesse’s mercurial nature, but in a way that suggests much of it is calculated, a strategy that, until the end, he uses to manipulate events . It’s a layered, continually interesting performance.”

Whts wrong with being booed just because Brad did not want to take off his sunglasses, no big deal. The photogs are bunch of rude people, they usually gang up to intimidate the celbrities and or to get what they want. It happens all the time, like Vince and Jennifer were also booed in Germany or was it Paris, when they refused to be photographed together.
Gone are the days when get intelligent anti-comments in this board, most of the haters now have really childish and stupid comments!

Exactly, I remember Nichole Kidman was booed once because she refused to give a pose to the photographer. sometimes, this photographer was just plain rude.

AOJJ photocall and press conference. Happens earlier in the day, separate from premiere. Trolls can’t comprehend what they see or read, how sad. People associated with the movie are present like actors, director, producer. The red carpet is tonite, Italian time. UNDERSTAND NOW?

That’s quite a leap, since other male actors have experienced worse PR and they still work. Leo got booed in Spain after storming out of a press conference and his bodyguards got into a big bruhaha with photogs in Israel. And Russell Crowe and the phone-throwing; Mel Gibson and the anti-Semitism/Sugartits/drunk-driving; Sean Penn, back in the day, getting into regular fistfights with photographers, and recently meeting with Chavez.
But yeah… Brad Pitt should be quaking in his boots.

Brad has been in the business a long time. Love his wave goodby to the photogs. Notice all are not preparing to leave, some are like “if I stay I’ll get really good pixs with all the competition gone”. Paps are a cutthroat group of people. More more cunning and knowlegeble of life than some of the ineffective negativities posting here. Brad’s pixs are money in the bank and they know that. If they all left who took these pixs?
