Mischa Barton Gets Ruffled Up
Mischa Barton walks her pet pooches Charlie and Ziggy while out and about in New York’s SoHo neighborhood accompanied by a few gal pals on Sunday.
The 21-year-old starlet wore a very bold white top with ruffled fuchsia sleeves and cut-off jeans. She finished off her look with sandals, a gold chain necklace and the Chloe Heloise Bag. Where are her maracas???

It amazes me that she would want to be seen in public like that. And a fashion icon? Maybe when someone is picking her clothing out for an event but she is hardly at an iconic status. Those pants make her ass huge but she does look like she has gained a few pounds.
And fast metabolism - maybe when she said the quote awhile a teenager, but with age the weight does start to stick - she best get her untoned body to the gym.
that wouldn’t be a bad body if she was, say, a mother of 3 in her mid 30s. she’d look good if she just went to the gym a few times a week, even though she’d still be stuck with those hips
