Brad Pitt takes the Fall 2007 cover of V Magazine, as photographed by the wonderful Mario Testino. Here are some highlights from the V magazine interview by Christopher Bollen:
I know you’re in Prague right now, but the Fourth of July was yesterday. Did you celebrate it? No, we missed it here. But when you have four kids, every day is the Fourth of July.
Has becoming a father transformed your life? Yeah. It’s hilarious. It’s the funniest, most lovely thing I’ve ever taken on. And the biggest pain in the ass as well [laughs] And I couldn’t go back. I couldn’t imagine it any other way.
Do you find it upsetting how the media still has an obsessive interest in linking Jen and Angelina? It’s so manufactured. We don’t pay attention to it. I hear that they drag my mo into it. She doesn’t deserve any of this. She is the most open, loving woman you’ll ever come across. They make things up and make money off of it. I am surprise about that.
There is a popular idea that you lured the paparazzi to Africa when Angelina gave birth to spotlight problems there. Was that really purposeful? It’s fourfold. For one, we know that’s going to happen so it becomes a plus. It’s all about cost and gain, plusses and minuses. Two, and most importantly, we loved the idea of our daughter being born on another continent, something she’ll be able to have roots in as well and want to explore as she gets older. That was the preeminent factor for us. Three, we knew that they had very strong privacy laws there. And we knew there was going to be a huge bounty on our heads and we were going to get very little peace unless we went to a place like that. And four, it happened to be a place that we loved.

Angelina is a kitten compared to Brad.
Angelina is tiny, soft, doll like, wide eyed, at times still childlike, polished and interested in anything & everything around her.
Brad is tall, handsome, weatherworn, cynical, loving, zen.
They compliment each other very well IMO.
Love this interview. I am going to buy it. Brad is hot, sexy, gorgeous as always.
It seems like the V Magazine article is better than Details. Reviews for AOJJ jave been mixed so far. I for one, can’t wait to see it.
Hello JJ, love these photos of Brad. I just have a question is mo short for mother? I just read bits and pieces of his other interview regarding JA. It is nothing new so far. He basically reinstated that the divorce was amicable. I hope Brad and Angie will be together for the long haul even when Angie was hesitant at first.

We have no doubt that Brad is very committed in his relationship with AJ and parenthood, but in the beginning he looked like a puppet on Ángelina’s strings. That’s when he got ld for a bit. But he’s back to hotness list again!

It’s true BBperfume, Pitt looked very out of place when he just met Angie, being dragged into all those places Angie went and being given a new kid very year. I don’t believe any of the **** about “a place we both loved” It was very clear that Angie got her way with things, and he just fell in her trap.

Good news all around. These pictures are better than the Esquire one’s. The Interview magazine pictures and article was nice.
Congrats Brad on your film. From all accounts it’s a wonderful work of art.
Brad was offered to star Neo in Matrix, he turned it down,then went to KR. I wish he would have taken the role. Look at the second pic, he looks like Neo in Matrix. However, I really admire he has chosen more indie movies than blockbuster movie. that showed he didn’t care box office as long as he thought it was a good movie, worthy-making movie.
I love that he is saying to leave his mother alone. He is saying my mom accepts angelina and LOVES jen and it’s ok.
