Brad Pitt takes the Fall 2007 cover of V Magazine, as photographed by the wonderful Mario Testino. Here are some highlights from the V magazine interview by Christopher Bollen:
I know you’re in Prague right now, but the Fourth of July was yesterday. Did you celebrate it? No, we missed it here. But when you have four kids, every day is the Fourth of July.
Has becoming a father transformed your life? Yeah. It’s hilarious. It’s the funniest, most lovely thing I’ve ever taken on. And the biggest pain in the ass as well [laughs] And I couldn’t go back. I couldn’t imagine it any other way.
Do you find it upsetting how the media still has an obsessive interest in linking Jen and Angelina? It’s so manufactured. We don’t pay attention to it. I hear that they drag my mo into it. She doesn’t deserve any of this. She is the most open, loving woman you’ll ever come across. They make things up and make money off of it. I am surprise about that.
There is a popular idea that you lured the paparazzi to Africa when Angelina gave birth to spotlight problems there. Was that really purposeful? It’s fourfold. For one, we know that’s going to happen so it becomes a plus. It’s all about cost and gain, plusses and minuses. Two, and most importantly, we loved the idea of our daughter being born on another continent, something she’ll be able to have roots in as well and want to explore as she gets older. That was the preeminent factor for us. Three, we knew that they had very strong privacy laws there. And we knew there was going to be a huge bounty on our heads and we were going to get very little peace unless we went to a place like that. And four, it happened to be a place that we loved.

I took Brad’s quote to mean his friendship with the X from the 7 yrs they shared together . That would be their past. Truly that can’t be erased.You don’t forget your relationships married or not. I believe Brad treated his- very good and he remembers the good times but has moved on without any malice as it should be.

poor poor mandy jen maniston has after bomb, and since you think the internet is a barometer of poularity your idol jen can’t even get mention on the internet,look at popsugar,perez,dlisted,jjust jared,people,us weekly,tmz,they don’t even bring her up unless she’s faking a romnce hon-about matt and george not spending time with brad-brad spends time with his FAMILY,matt spends time with his family,george has no family-oh by the way cry when you see all three of them in toronto this weekend-you’re the same troll who keeps trying to convince your fellow maniston worshippers that b&a aren’t popular,actors who aren’t popular don’t get movie offers and command 15-20 per movie-sorry but they both do-ps tell EASTWOOD about how unpopular brad and angie are-gee maniston hasn’t worked in over 2 1/2 years i guess she was working on her family now that’s a joke-can’t wait for bombing in another movie-toodles sam, oh i mean mandy,-lol

You left out a few of Brangelina’s fans, remember Angelina loving good reporting, I believe she named them by name. The same name that chronicled her fall from grace. What about Radar, who are not your typical trash internet, talks about the disgust the activist of Naimibia had with the Brangelina’s abuse of power. How about the fact that they were not invited back to the many chariTY benefits they were apart of in the beginning. Please baby, don’t let me start on her visits to DC, I am from DC, and no one in DC cares about Angelina. This is the one place she can walk down the street and would not get as much as a glance. We all remember the article in Washington Post, they are certainly a fan. Let it go baby, you can never win that argument. I hear Jesse James is going to be a flop, but you wouldn’t know that because it is not on the internet. Now, let’s not be so mean, because I have nothing but love for ya, can we agree to disagree. BTW, I am not SAM, although I like some of the things they say.

to nanana, I do not know what distinguish her from us, but I think she would take that as a compliment, except the part about Brad. I think she is trying to move on from him, don’t you wish Brangelina could do the same. I believe the latest thing she put out about them was they were a joke.

And deep down inside you wish you look as good as him.
Pitiful that Brad is losing his looks and has to put Jennifer down to make up for his sordid past. The guy is a loser with all his money and Angelina wears his pants, he doesn’t. She is a tramp and a lousy daugher to a great dad who winced when he saw her sucking face and french kissing her own blood brother. Brad is the dad of all these kids and he’s also going to be Angelina’s ex guy one day too. This is not a forever relationship, married or not. We should realize he has to put Jennifer who is classy down to build Angelina and himself up… won’t work buddy .. That air brushing does look good. When I saw him last in person he looked like his own dad. NOT GOOD !!!
