Fashion Faceoff: Vivienne Westwood Dress

Emily Procter popped in a revealing Vivienne Westwood dress at the Conde Nast Fashion Rocks Concert at NYC’s Radio City Music Hall on Thursday. The CSI: Miami star finished off her look with golden peep-toes and matching metallic bracelets.

Hilary Duff showed her support for the LGBT community at the GLAAD Awards in the same cleavage-popping gown back in March. The teen queen topped off her outfit with crystal-studded Miu Miu pumps and stacks of glittering bangles.

Who wore it best — EMILY PROCTER or HILARY DUFF?

i dont hate hilary duff but i think this dress is not suit 4 her age.its not fit her.then my vote is EMILY PROCTER.

Hilary Duff looks a bit better.
Emily’s body looks a bit manly in that dress with her broad shoulders, but good on her for working out and developing all that :)
Certain poses make her chest looks like it’s going to pop out..hrmm :S

for some odd reason but
i love emily procter shes the
best on csi:miami
but i have to agree
she has very broad shoulders
